Zerorex stands behind their services! Zerorez came to my house and cleaned my carpet in my living room/dining room and an area rug that had a run in with my cat. I watched the technician spend a lot of time cleaning the rug however when I brought the rug back in the house the odor, unfortunately, was still there. I called and left a message asking for them to call me back and Zerorez responded the next workday and the technician and his manager came out and cleaned the rug a second time. I appreciated that they stood behind their services. The rug is now back in the house and I am happy to have chosen Zerorez for the job. Thank you!
Well first I'd definitely recommend Jordan to do your floors as he's never disappointed us with doing ours! The business is very prompt & polite when we call in to either ask about specials or just to set up our appointment.

Outstanding communication from the first call. Scheduling was easy and the $150/3 room special worth every penny. I am impressed, besides smelling great I think my carpet may be a different color. Devyn was very professional, courteous effective & efficient. He patiently and knowledgeably explained the Zerorez process as I had many questions. I will be recommending Zerorez to anyone needing cleaner carpets and a better smelling home.

Harrison was on time and thorough, always respectful us and our property and willing to accommodate to our requests. We are very pleased with the whole process!

I really appreciate how Zerorez Tri-Cities came to my rescue last-minute to clean the carpets in a rental my family and I were waiting to move into. They were very accommodating to our needs!
The service I received from zeroRez was outstanding. The guys came in and they did a walk-through, which was nice explained all the spots that I was curious about and then took action my carpets are nice and clean and smells tropical they did a very good job. And I will call them back next time I need my carpets done.
The guys did a good job on some very stained carpeting. Much better results than I expected. They were very courteous and professional and protected any walls, corners and appiances that may have been nicked by the hoses. I was glad it was a nice day and I could open up the doors and windows to help dry the carpeting.
