Everything! John was amazing, yet again!
Do not upsell service if the result is not realized by the customer, such as special solution for pet odors for additional cost of $45. It did not work.

Seemed to have done a good job. However, I thought the carpet was left too wet. The house was closed up all night and when we went to the house in the morning, there was a very damp, dog like smell.

The technicians are so knowledgeable and don't try to sell you more services than you need. The carpets are clean and not sopping wet.
Made my carpets look new again
First I didn't get a firm time for the appointment. I had to call to get a time when the technician was going to be there and had to hurry to get to the house as it is empty. I was told the time would be in the email, it wasn't.
The day after the carpet cleaning I went to the house and spots that I thought I had removed are now very evident.

I was just moving into my duplex where the carpet had already been cleaned when I called for an appointment. There were high traffic areas that were still quite dark and although we hadn't moved in yet and were only spending time there cleaning and get ready to move in we were not wearing shoes in the home as this is our normal practice. We found that our feet were dirty leading me to believe the carpet wasn't as "clean" as it should be. After spending nearly $300 to have your company clean it I was not expecting a miracle but did hope for some improvement. I had a baby a month later and then moved in which is why I had not provided feedback sooner. I quickly noticed an odd feeling to the carpet almost as if there were a ton of powder in it. My vacuum also had a ton of what I can only describe as something that looked like ash every time I vacuumed (2x week at a minimum) and I almost immediately started to see stains appearing that were not there before when nothing had been spilled. Sadly I have been extremely disappointed and as this is my first experience with your company can't say it was a good one.

We were told that the technician would let us know when he got on site if he would be able to clean the carpets. He told me when he got there that there were no guarantees. I left him to do the job, but when we came to inspect later the carpets were still heavily stained and soiled.
Probably the most efficient dispatch coordinator ever experienced. She was quick to call me while I was searching the website, she called with a friendly reminder both the day before the appoint and the morning of the appointment. Jim was fast and courteous. Most importantly the carpet look great! I'll will call you back for the basement soon.

Oh my gosh, I have never seen our carpet look so clean. We have had other companies clean it in the past and Zerorez was far superior in removing the stains and spots. It smells so good and looks wonderful. We are so impressed! Thank you very much.
