What could we do to improve?

The technician was here on time. He was polite, worked hard and ultimately I had clean floors. The cost is always higher than expected however; somehow my 44.00 a room special ended up as a 500.00 total after add ons which always makes me feel a little like I am in a "bait and switch" scheme.

Everything was done quickly & efficiently.The tech. was on time to our scheduled appointment. The treatment my carpets needed was explained to me, and everything looked great after it was done. I was offered a pray bottle of the pet treatment and I am very excited about it because I know I will need it. Thank you Zerorez!

The carpet in the large bedroom looked brand new, and in the small room looked better than it did when we moved in! It was a beautiful job and the tech was very friendly and professional.

What could we do to improve?

The stains in the carpet were not really removed. They were lightened but still noticeable. The carpet as a whole looks better and it certainly took care of the traffic stains and general darkening of the carpet.

The tech that came to my house this last time was wonderful. He did a great job and recommended carpet treatments for my carpet to improve it, which I really appreciated. He also resolved my issue with the carpet smell from the previous treatment. Please let him know that.

I am happy to hear there is no residue from soaps, detergents or chemicals in our carpet. Employees were very nice, and quick but thorough.

I was pleased with the professional service I received. Also how there was very little noise and he even asked me if it was Ok to prop the door open as he brought in his equiptment. Never been asked if it was Ok before they just did it. Small thing but I thought very considerate
