Very friendly, good communication on the appointment time. Technician was very friendly, explained what he was going to do. Explained how to keep the carpet clean and protected. Was quick and did a wonderful job.

Dirty spots are still there don't think there was any soap used. Didn't place plastic under table like he explained he was to do.

stop doing the "window" when we have to wait over an hour for the cleaners is messes up our day. schedule and appointment then arrive at that time is better for most working people. a four hour window is way INCONVIENENT.

Fast and effective plus reasonably priced!

You were able to remove animal blood from our carpet. There wasn't a huge amount but it was a worry as the carpet was relatively new and any spot or stain is obvious. Service was fast and on short notice. On top of it all the carpet dries quicker than other cleaning services.

The technician was great, the scheduler and customer service was not good. My appt was scheduled for 9:00. My husband waited at our house until 10:30, no one had shown up or called. Finally I called, I was on hold for 14 minutes, then on hold for another 5 min while Nicole tried to find out what was up, she came back on the line several times, put me on hold several times. Finally I said, since I'm at work maybe you could figure this out and then call me back. After waiting for 45 minutes for her to call me back I called her back, I was again put on an automated hold for over 15 minutes. I hung up, tried again. Same thing. Finally I got threw on the 800 line. I got a different person who did try to help me. No one acknowledged they we're suppose to be there at 9 and hadn't shown up. There was no hint of an apology until I suggested it . I was then told the technician would be at my house between 2 and 6. This would be a 2 hour job, I didn't want him cleaning my carpets at 6 at night plus I had to be at church at 5. We finally agreed he be there at 2:30. He showed up at 3:15. Cleaned my carpet and did a great job. He was interrupted constantly by the office to get my bill right.or whatever..I don't believe it was his fault. Anyway. Ivan was great, the carpets look okay..but the scheduling and general customer service was at the best a 2. For that reason, it'd be hard for me to recommend you to someone. It literally wasted my entire day.
