Knowledgeable service man, no soapy wet carpets, no chemicals. This is the 3rd time I've used Zerorez and highly recommend them to all.
I like that my carpets are not left with a sticky,soapy residue, that they dry fast, and that when stains are removed, they do not reappear like with other products/services I have used in the past. Very professional staff and they arrive on time!

The products applied to clean the carpets are basically odor free and there is no odor in the air after the carpet has been cleaned. I am sensitive to smells and this is a big plus. The cleaning process is done very quickly. I am very pleased with the carpets that were cleaned.

Cost - very expensive for pet ordor items.
You are very organized and there isn't a great big mess when you leave. You keep in touch by telephone so we aren't guessing when you are going to arrive. That is a big bonus.

Edwin was our tech and he was great. We would like a shorter window - 4 hours is an awfully long time to have to plan to wait. Also, we can't tip when using a credit card anymore - why is that? It is much easier to add a tip to the charge than it is to make sure we have cash on hand.

The service was great. He seemed to take great care that everything was clean. I just wondered why the carpet wasn't raked after it was cleaned. Every other carpet cleaner we have had did so. Maybe there is a reason for this. But we are very happy to have the carpet and sofas clean once again.
