The customer service has been amazing! Unfortunately, I can still smell some old pet urine in the hallway, even after two cleanings.
Friendly staff, did a great job cleaning our white carpet that gets a lot of traffic from working boots. And the price is great.
It ended up being more clean than I expected. There were quite a few stains so i figured it might be hard to get them out but he exceeded my expectations!

When you use the right Zerorez products to remove pet urine stains and use extraction when necessary and then the protectant.....which is all very expensive...it then works! Did take longer to dry than expected but the stains are gone and the carpets look great now!
Had Zerorez out two months ago to do just a normal carpet clean with their $99 special and spots were still there. In short order, carpet just didn't look clean and seemed to attract dirt and looked worse than it did before cleaning in less than 2 months.

When my husband called in to make the appt, he spoke with Nicole, who told him several times that we were not listed with Zerorez and that we hadn't had their service before. First name removed had to insist that we had. As a matter of fact for the last several months we've had our carpets cleaned about every 3 to 8 weeks. Anyway, after straightening up that confusion, Nicole asked First name removed (my husband) what time he would like and First name removed replied 1 pm. Nicole said that was available. Since normally Zerorez gives a 4 hour window, we were quite surprised. We have been saying that the window is too large every time we give feedback so we thought it may have changed. First name removed asked her two more times if she was sure that 1 pm would work and Nicole said yes both times. At 1 pm on the day, no one was here. First name removed called the company and was told by whomever answered that there is no way that Nicole had given us a 1 pm appt as all appts are 4 hour windows. So this is the second time in this same booking that a Zerorez person was telling us that we were mistaken - when we weren't! This is frustrating as we were balancing with another contractor at the time who was planning his lunch for when the Zerorez tech arrived (since we were given a firm time). The Zerorez tech did a good job with the carpets, as they look very clean, but today - about 24 hours later - they are still quite damp in several areas (and not just in heavy traffic or stained areas). We are having company tonight and are disappointed we still can't put all the furniture back yet. FRUSTRATING!
The service was excellent. His name was Ivan, he was kind and polite and did a great job with the carpet floors.

Carpets came out beautifully, and they were in really BAD shape! The technician was friendly, professional, and thorough. The price was right.

Friendly, courteous approach used by field personnel when communicating client; good, professional on the job performance. Office personnel needs to respond to client's call or concern when requested.
The technician was great. The carpet looks good as new! He got rid of pet stains that we thought would never come off. We will definitely be using your services in the future.
Well, the young man was OK, but after he left I found he did not put the sofa back where it was and the pads under the feet were off so I can't move it back without help. Still waiting for the help to get my sofa back and then I can put the other furniture in its proper place.
Also, I don't know why but there were still areas that were not completely clean - the young man said it was from wear (had furniture redone 2.5 years ago - before that the furniture was as I bought it for 20 some years and didn't have this problem) I could have cleaned it just as well with Oxyclean.
Ivan did a fabulous job on my carpets and upholstery.
He explained all of the products and services they offered.
He exceeded my expectations and my home did not have a chemical smell when he was finished.
It is just clean and I am a happy customer!
Product and service are both friendly to the customer and environment. I love the fact that my carpets didn't have a strong smell to them after cleaning...there was no over powering soap odors. Thanks so much!

the tech was polite and went over cost before the start - very good job..
My only suggestion is that the tech get together with client BEFORE they put their
equipment away to see if anything was missed or needed cleaning.. That would be helpful
because he missed a small area that we would have liked cleaned..
Other than that --- A + job.. we will use again..
The products seemed to work great, and the fact my carpet is not full of shampoo is wonderful.

THE FIRST TIME SOMEONE CAME FROM ZEROREZ< HE FLOODED THE CARPET SO BADLY THAT IT WAS WET FOR DAYS AND CAUSED ALL OF THE OLD STAINS TO COME BACK TO THE SURFACE> YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE IN THE RIGHT PROCEDURE> LUCKILY< THE SECOND GUY (JOHN) DID IT RIGHT< AND THE CARPET NOW LOOKS GREAT! HE WAS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL< CORDIAL< AND WORKED DILIGENTLY>
