The service was great. The gentleman that did our carpet was awesome. The only thing I can say is you need to have more people maning the phones. When. I called I was on hold for awhile, then was told to leave a meesage. You did call back in short time. Thank you very much. Name removed
There were no chemicals used. Very friendly. There was someone available the day after I called to come clean our carpet.
I showed the tech spots in the carpet ,and they were the same after cleaning , another tech came and said 60$ per spot it's cheaper to buy new carpet ,worse cleaning job
Less water and no soapy residue
I have felt very safe and secure with the help you send out. I feel they are trustworthy as I open up my entire house to them. I also like that the carpet doesn't have a crusty feel to it after it dries or a smell either.
This is my very first time using the service to clean my carpet and I am very pleased with the work done. The customer service and technician were very polite and friendly.
I was charged 99.00 for an area barely over 250 square feet. At the most I should have been charged 66 for my area. I was told 33.00/ 250 square feet. I get you are trying to do your 99.00 "deal", but my area was too small to be charged 99!

The rugs didn't dry as quickly as you said they were going to be. The guys that came to our house were very nice but rugs took at least 24 hours to dry.
