A four hour window is too big. Narrow it down and I'd rate the service higher. Edwin always does a wonderful job.

I was impressed with the complete service from beginning to end. I went on-line to schedule an appointment,received a call for Zerorez and the job was completed the next day. The tech was very knowledgeable about all of the products. The 3 rooms are clean and dried quickly. We will defiantly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning and will have them do the rest of our home's carpets and clean the ducts as well. Everyone was very professional. A First Class business and do much more than clean carpets..

We just purchased a home with very filthy carpets, and I was concerned we wouldn't be able to get the dark pathways clean through the rooms. I came home and was shocked because the carpets looked brand new! Very pleased! Thank you!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were told that the carpets would be dry in 2-4 hours The job was finished at 3 p.m. and ous socks were soaked while walking on the carpet at 11 p.m.

What could we do to improve?

Dry times were extremely inaccurate. It took our carpets approximately 24 hours to dry, which caused many inconveniences for our family. Perhaps customer feedback on actual dry times could improve the information. Thanks.

What do you like about our products and services?

Ivan our contact for the cleaning did an excellent job on our carpeting and made suggestions to us that we liked. Definitely would refer to others and use again. The only thing I had some question on was after he sprayed our carpets and stairs with the protector spray our stairs seems to have a slight discoloration on the front edge of the carpet. We are thinking of having ducts cleaned using your company but will not be until late spring...thanks for a job well don...Name removed

What could we do to improve?

Your add on services seem to be pretty expensive. The pretreat was the same price as the cleaning. In the end my bill was more than 2x what I planned. I prefer better planning and to know up front what to expect. I thought the technician was great. Very professional. It did take much longer to dry than advertised which I planned for but it wasn't even close to being dry enough to put furniture on it 8 hours later. The job done was very nice and I would recommend to others
