Quick response and clean work. I think a small area was missed for the tile cleaning last week (3'x3' patch). Trainee was doing that area. We should have caught it.
I was quoted over the phone at $184 for my house. Upon arrival they told me it would be an extra 50 to do a small hallway and closet. My 184 turned into $235. Also a large stain was missed in my master bedroom. Will not be recommending this service.
Carpet cleaning was excellent. Made our carpet look almost new. After renting Rug Doctor and home shampooer there is no comparison. Your product is superior.
Cost was a little overpriced for what we wanted but had good results before. When done, cost went up $45 for something we said we had requested when scheduling. Also, there were several red spots we had not seen before when the cleaning of the carpet was done.
I love the Non Chemical (green)products that they use pet friendly and it dries quickly. The tech's are so nice and professional. I had John and he was great!!!! My rugs and couch look wonderful!!!! I also recommended to my neighbor to use Zerorez and he did. John did my house then my neighbors. Thank you.
