There were several stains left in the carpet.
Scott did a great job on my chairs and carpet. I did ask him to check on what I could do to get the lines out of my velvet sofa from the head of the machine. He said he had texted his manager twice with no response. I'm still waiting for an answer.

Poor scheduling. I wasn't planning on having my carpet cleaned through 2 appointments instead of 1.
Your technician, Scott Crowder, was very professional and did a great job.
I liked that I was able to get my carpet cleaned quickly. And for the most part the carpet is much better. But I would still like a technician to come back and improve on two areas of old carpet shampoo. Another negative on a 21-degree day, the technician left the front door wide open for 45 minutes! He wasn't shampooing using the big hose all of that time; and the door should have been closed enough so only the hose could get through. Anyway, it might be possible to treat the two areas without the big hose? Could you please set up a time for a technician to come back the latter part of next week (Weds-Friday)?
Last time we had zero rez out, they wore booties and had bumpers for the corners. This technician did neither, and we had some paint chipped off a corner that was previously damaged. To clarify, the tech did not do the initial damage, but a bumper would have prevented this. Also, when I talked with the person on the phone prior to the appointment, I told them that we had a pet issue in one corner. She let me know about the room charge and the pet treatment that started at 40. When the tech got there he told me the whole scoop on the basic pet treatment versus the $60 per gallon charge, with my corner needing 5 gallons. I understood that the basic treatment would not guarantee the smell removal - and for sure it did not remove the smell. This is one room with 3 year old Mohawk carpet, 1 cat that peed 3 times in the last month, and still cost over 160. To do the whole treatment including a sealant would have been more like 500. I'm feeling like last time i paid a reasonable amount and had excellent work done on our old carpet, but now I have new carpet that still stinks. Laying out all the charges before you work is great - but I was completely surprised by that number. The tech was very knowledgable and polite, though. Thank you for your time.

I wish that Kyson would have explained the different cat urine cleaning options to me upfront. I could have told him that a simple enzyme and shampoo wouldn't do the trick. Had I known the cost of the real cat urine treatment, I would have just done that. Now we've pretty well burned through our cleaning budget and it still stinks.

Very few spots I had on my carpet came out.
They did my son's house the same day. He and his wife were told several stains they had your technician said he would not be able get out as well. After my daughter in law and I used a natural soap product she had from a company called H2O our are spots are gone. She took before and after pictures. Very disappointing after all the hype about your company and a waste of our money!

It was good and worked well, the technician was very polite and quick.
We feel that our carpets are extremely clean. Our service rep did a superior job and would request him if possible for our next cleaning. He was very respectful and professional. He is a real asset to your company.

Friendly and responsive
No harsh chemical smells and service persons are friendly and efficient.
Your technician worked hard to clean my carpet and was very friendly and respectful. Ultimately the carpets look great and dried fast, as advertised, but I would've been a repeat customer even if the cleaning was only "as good as" the other guys just because the tech was more agreeable than some companies I've tried. I'm very pleased that he got out some lingering stains!

I thought the carpet cleaning was really good, there was still a slight smell afterwards. Maybe suggest a special pet treatment. I was not there, and I don't think that was an option. I thought about it after.
