Zerorez was highly recommended for pet odor removal. So I called to schedule a cleaning. The tech gave me an estimate before providing the service. The cost was worth it as he was able to get the smell out. I was very happy with the service that I used them again to clean my couch and loveseat (at a very reasonable price). There was some residue upon drying, but they came back out the next day and removed it. I am very happy with how they turned out along with the customer service from the scheduler to the techs to the management. I will definitely recommend Zerorez and will use their services again!

Using technology that doesn't use chemicals.

They did not wear protective covers on their shoes and they left muddy footprints throughout the house on our tile floors and did not do any cleanup. The air ducts/vents were cleaned and we are happy with that however there were several areas on our carpets that did not get cleaned.

Using an extension cord from a utility or bathroom would be a good idea for preliminary spot spraying. Or investing in a machine that doesn't use electricity. Only half of my three rooms was sprayed and I had to call an electrician to help me get electricity back. Maybe future cleanings will be better.

Professionalism

The technician seemed totally unorganized. I had him apply chemicals to the animal spots in one room. He seemed to have missed other spots in that room. In the main living area, I pointed out spots to be pre-treated, I can still see all but one of the spots I pointed out. I have no idea how much we were charged as the online invoice doesn't show anything when I download it. We have used your service in the past and were very pleased, this time not so much. He said he was having a problem with one of his hoses but if tat were the case, I would think he would have rescheduled the appointment. Again, I'm very disappointed at this time. We live on our social security and cannot afford to have the carpets cleaned again. Sorry, I usually am not one to complain but I felt as though I had to this time. Sincerely, Mrs. Last name removed
