The second time the carpet was cleaned it was much improved, however, based on the way it looked the first time I can't honestly say I would recommend Zerorez. I do appreciate the effort made to correct the situation....and the second team you sent was great. thank you.
Friendly and professional service. Fernando did an excellent job and effectively answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the results.
I didn't realize or forgot from past experience that my front door would be open during my floor cleaning. We were all pretty cold and wrapped in blankets until the floors were done, about 2 hours. But the floors look nice and the person that came over seemed knowledgeable and was friendly. If I need my floors done again though I'll do it in warmer weather.

Polite and professional staff who took the time listen to my cleaning needs. They were also respected my time and called with updates on the technician’s arrival. Their estimate was accurate.
I was pleased with the courtesy of the tech, Reese, and thought he did a very good job. The price was fair and as quoted, except for the stain guard that was optional, and that was fair. One very bad stain was gone when the tech left but did come back slightly over night. All in all very good.

Personally, I think it’s a bit pricey. I have had other companies come out and everyone has their gimmicks but didn’t cost me as much. I was also quoted a different price over the phone then in person. It’s not my technician’s fault as Fernando was most pleasant and kind.
In his pre pitch he mentioned the company doesn’t use soap because it attracts dirt, however I specifically watched him pour soap into the mixture of cleaning supplies-again Fernando is just doing his job. I know it was soap because there were bubbles being blown from the top of the container.

Reece did a nice job performing a reclean on the tile. He used several methods to get things as good as possible.

I think the customer service was great but they did need to come back a second time because my couches were still dirty so maybe just taking the time to make sure things are really clean the first time!
I am the second owner of my house. The previous owners had the carpets cleaned by a different company but they still looked dingy and dirty. I had zerorez come out and clean. They also checked for and treated any animal residue and my carpets look and feel GREAT!
The two gentlemen who worked on my carpets explained everything along the way and any additional options. I got one extra option but not all. I didn't ever feel like they were giving me a sales pitch just that they wanted me to be happy with the results. And I am!!

No chemicals and Reese was great! He offered me all the options I could choose from to make my appt work best for me. Super courteous & professional!
