cleaning efficency
My carpet was not cleaned well . It still looks dirty. I have used you in the pass and had no problems. The operator seemed rushed and not do a good job. He had to come back because he didn't shampoo an area in my den.☹️
I was told how each step worked and why he was doing it the way he was.
We received same day service and we are pleased with the results!
Too much promoting your other services. If I want protectant or my sofa cleaned or .......... i’ll Let you know

Your service man was very knowledgeable & explained your services & options available. He worked very hard and got most of the spots cleaned up. The process went smoothly and didn't take as long as I thought it would. What is taking longer than I expected is getting the rug dried out. It's been over 24 hours but it still is damp so we're keeping the fans running and the heat off and hope by morning it will be dry.
The carpets look nice but the tile cleaning does not!
Maybe we should have another pass at the tile.
I liked the online scheduling, it was easy and convenient. The reminder phone call the day before and the call to let you know when the tech will be arriving was very nice. The tech was very polite, clean and professional, really appreciate the booties to cover their shoes to make sure they aren't bringing in the outside dirt while they are cleaning my carpet.

My carpets look the same. we had a yogurt spill and the crusty feeling was there after you came. I have used a small shampooer and got better results from same spill. I got pet and stain proof carpet and after cleaning nothing came upon but when I clean them with a carpet cleaner they go away and don't come back after the water dries.

When a customer calls in to make appointment specials should be offered. I had to say something about the monthly special to get special price. Overall I would say it was a good experience. The young man who came to my house was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Low residue products
