Owning 2 puppies, our carpets had seen better days. Iām so happy we called Zerorez. Our technician Ace was knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to locate and treat all our puppies āaccidentsā. Now our carpets look and smell amazing. Just like new! We will definitely suggest Zerorez to our friends and family.

Pleasantly pleased for being the first time using ZEROREZ. Very professional and friendly service person. Very knowledgeable and forthcoming on products and services. Carpets cleaned look great. Would have to give a 7-10 out feedback to see how it stands up to traffic and vacuuming. But very pleased at this point.

Ace did a very thorough job checking the carpet in advance of cleaning and spent a lot of time on the cleaning process . All the spots came out and the carpet looks great.
They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They seem to have done in pretty good job however there are some spots I may have to contact them again. I think them for their excellent service.
