Our appointment made for the day after we called and the cleaners arrived at the promised time. They were able to solve a stain problem we had and to efficiently clean our carpet. We were very satisfied. We also like the faster drying treatment than others we had used previously.

I’m so angry! Your technician told the tenant what he found and how bad it was. I wasn’t aware of it previously. When the tenant complained I sent Zerorez immediately. The tenchnician scared the tenant so bad he’s threatening lawsuit against me!
IF THE TECHNICIAN FINDS SOMETHING HE NEEDS TO DISCRETELY CONTACT ME!
I will always fix the problem. But I do it in a manner that doesn’t alarm or panic a tenant!
For an issue I had no idea existed..... he’s demanding replacement of his mattresses. Refunded rent. Refunded deposit. Hotel rooms for every member of his family!

I’ve been sitting on my review for several days. I wasn’t happy at all with our experience.
Carpets look great, that isn’t the issue.
My issue comes in to play with the “technician “ that was sent out to our house.
You guys pride yourselves on being careful to consider the customer, shoe covers and corner protectors specially.
Well, our technician, wasn’t very disciplined about wearing the shoe covers. He entered our home through our garage door. Went up about 5-6 steps, to the main floor level, walked approximately 4-5 ft, then put on the covers. However, he had mud on his shoes and left a couple large stains on one of my runner rugs that starts at the top of the stairs. I found a few chunks of mud on my laminate flooring and on our living room rug (that probably fell off the side of his shoe covers)
The job entailed going up a whole flight of stairs to our bonus room. While bringing in the blue hoses he didn’t wear the shoe covers while going up our stairs.
At one point, the technician went out to the van and left his shoe covers on our floor. I attempted to get a photo of his covers, it was blurry unfortunately. So I was hoping for another chance.
After the technician came back in from the van, he picked up his shoe covers, noticed debris inside the covers, and promptly turned them inside out dumping all the debris while standing on our stairway heading down to the garage. He just dumped all that mud and dirt chunks on my linoleum covered stairs. I was totally shocked. I mentioned it to my husband, my husband did tell the technician about our concern.
The technician, took our criticism and responded as if he just brushed it off. 😡 claimed he appreciated our comments, but body language said otherwise.
We did point out the stains on our runner rug, where the technician implied it looked like an oil stain! An oil stain that was from fresh mud!🙄 Please! I’m very OCD about my house cleaning!!
(We did have the technician clean our runner rug, as it was directly his doing.)

I have to say, I’m not so sure we’d be as willing to use them in the future after this experience.

The price was reasonable but the real gem is the customer service, from the person setting up the appointments to the service tech who came out and did the work. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

If possible, it would be easier on my heating bills if the hoses and cords from the truck were run thru the pet door so my back door didn't have to stay open for the hours of the cleaning process.

I've always been satisfied with your work. But this time the carpet stains didn't come up. We vacuumed twice and filled the canister both times, that's awful. The room looks good in other areas but too many stains left even though we paid for pet stain removal. You might need to come take a look but we wanted the carpet cleaned before our furniture arrived now the furniture is in.
