Service was good like the fact that there is not a lot of harsh chemicals was a little shocked that there was still some wet spots 24 hours later however now it's all dry and I'm happy
My carpets were installed 9 years ago and this is the first time I had them cleaned. (They really weren't very dirty, but felt kind of "flat" when I walked on them barefooted.) I have rentals and noticed that when the carpets were cleaned the dirt would stick in the remaining residue so I didn't want that to happen here at my home. That is why it took me 9 years to finally agree to have them cleaned. I will be watching to see if the dirt is attracted now, but believe that the zerorez may prevent that from happening. The jury is still out because it has been only one day since they were cleaned. But I immediately noticed how nice and new and "perky" they felt on my bare feet! They look like new again too and I am very pleased.
I have already told my daughter in law about the job and am sure that I will be telling many more people about you too.

I get my carpets cleaned about once a year, and the last three times have been with ZeroRez. Bottom line, when the cleaning is done my carpet looks great! I like their products, I like their cleaning system, and all the employees I’ve been in contact with have been great.

We were happy with the carpets. The tile however, only looked clean in the test spot unfortunately.
Employee was very professional and took the time to do a good duct cleaning job even if he ran late doing so.
Armando was a great tech, I was able to get an appointment quick and the cleaning only took a little over an hour.

Highly recommend Zerorez to another. They scheduled me in with ease and kept in contact with me all the way through the technician arriving. The technician was very friendly, through and did a very good job. My carpets haven't looked this good since the day I moved in.
The gentleman that came to clean knew what he was talking about. He was very thorough and went over every room checking for problem areas. He gave us a run down of What to expect and even tried to upsell some product. We didn’t take the extras but he did it in a very nice way. Explained why we might need it but wasn’t pushy about it. And our carpet was dry when they said it would be not still damp at the base. I would use them again for sure.
The tech was prompt, courteous, careful and caring about our home when it came to his equipment. Always a job well done.
I love how quick you were able to come and service our home ! We have a baby due in a week and last minute wanted to have the carpets serviced and you made that happens! Also we have 2 puppies and potty training time is fun , we got the extra treatment and purchased a product for any future accidents.

well my technician hooked up hose and connection was leaking badly...it eventually filled up nearby window well and then down basement walls into carpet... they sucked up as much as possible. tech did his best.

Good job. I was surprised Carpet had to dry for 6 to 8 hours. Ads were misleading. It was quite expensive considering the small area that was cleaned.

Service was very fast, same day. Although the window for service was 4 hours, they communicated effectively to narrow time frame down to a more specific time. The actual service provided was good, although didn't remove stain 100% from carpet. Service technician was extremely professional and courteous.
I love that you don't use harsh chemicals, the service and people are very friendly and polite. And it's very inexpensive. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone and everyone. They do an awesome job
