The service and the quality of cleaning

The technician was very well informed about his service and all the different ways to help get my carpet clean and odor free! The carpet is as good as new and free of pet odor!

Really happy with your service. Unfortunately a number of the stains has been there for so long that it was impossible to completely remove them. Still the carpet as a whole looks better. The technician who serviced us, Fernando, was lovely.

The 2 reps came over to inspect the carpet, esp. with a possible problem area, and gave an on-the-spot assessment of what they could do/ what would happen and might not happen, and an estimate. I was very happy that they could do this then and proceed with the cleaning.
After a short discussion and agreement, they got to work. They were very organized and efficient in the handling of their equipment and were respectful in our house [wearing booties, asking permission to use the water, etc.].
I saw immediate results, esp. with the problem spot gone.

Ace was very thorough about what he was going to do. There was no surprise about the bill at the end.

As for my carpets, they look brand new. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone!

Owning 2 puppies, our carpets had seen better days. I’m so happy we called Zerorez. Our technician Ace was knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to locate and treat all our puppies “accidents”.
