The young man who came out was amazing!!! He was so friendly, and fast. He even waited for me to arrive I was late 15 min getting coffee. You are lucky to have such an awesome employee! If I get anything done in future he will be requested.

Jeremy did a really great job of cleaning our tile grout - looks a lot better than it did. Did not come perfectly clean, but the grout is almost 25 years old, so I’m impressed that it got as clean as it did.

Fernando who cleaned the carpet was very friendly. He did a thorough job. I like the fact that the carpet was dry the next morning. When I made the appointment the person I talked to was very friendly. She explained the charges. Fernando went over the charges again which I thought was good. Overall I think Zerorez is a very good company and I would recommend it to my friends. I will definitely use you again.

I loved our technician, he was amazing! Very friendly and took time to explain in detail what he was doing and showed me and my husband the trouble spots and made sure we understood what would be done and what our options were. He also made sure to show us the completed areas and made sure we were happy with the services department he provided. I was pleased with the service provided and that he mention other things we could do in the future to treat our hardwood floor and or furniture.
I was told it was going to be $132 originally. Then I was told we could get the couch cleaned for an additional $99, but I paid over $300 once everything was done. Little disappointed with the price.
Great service and quality work vs. competitors
Fernando was great. Not impressed with not being able to clean up the wear and tear spots, because when he left we tried some Resolve and those spots cleaned right up.
