The carpets were not as clean as I thought they should be after paying almost $400.00 for services. The tech was very nice and informative tats why I’m giving a 6 and not less.

I know how these survey systems work, and I do not want them to effect your employee that was in my home, as he was great. So it's an official 10, HOWEVER:

Minus one point for attempted upsells on other services while in the home. Minus another point for having a 50% off promotion that still requires a $132 minimum forcing people to add additional services.

So, in reality, an 8, to no fault of your employee.

I dislike hearing about upsales as the person is working. Just tell me upfront when I call to schedule an appointment. It seems sneaky and underhanded and I know that's not really your intent (well, I at least hope that you are not trying to be sneaky and underhanded).

It’s a natural cleaner

My experience with Zerorez was excellent. The technician Jeremy was personable, hard working and very knowledgeable about products and applications needed on my carpets. He also was very informative about other services Zerorez offers. I was able to send with him a wool area rug for an off site cleaning. I would highly recommend Zerorez and will use them again in the future.

At this point my carpet looks great! But the last time I used Zerorez I was not impressed. So, before I say that I would recommend you to my friends I want to be sure that I am happy with the results. I will give it some time and see if the dirt "resurfaces". If it does stay nice I will attribute it to the technician, Jeremy.

Not completely satisfied after paying almost $200. Couple of traffic areas still look dirty after carpet was dry & vacuumed. Would like you to redo these areas.
