Your technician was very knowledgeable about the services I needed for the multiple pet stains and spent a good amount of time trying to work them out of the carpet. He offered other products and services that I wasn't aware of and I really appreciated that.

Mathew is a great technician, very knowledgeable and thorough. The only improvement he could make is a little less socializing. I felt the job could have been much quicker had he not been distracted with items in our home which sparked a conversation.

Our carpets are softer than they have ever been, and they look almost new, except for a few high traffic wear patterns. (They are 11 years old). I love that they don’t use harsh chemicals, but the house smells so nice and fresh!

Zerorez gets my carpets looking new, smelling great and the clean lasts much longer than regular shampooers.
I am very pleased with the treatment that was used on my bed, it got most of the stains out and was left much more cleaner than anticipated. The smell was no longer a problem as well and I did not have to worry about the treatment being harmful to my children or pets.
The two guys that came in were very helpful and did an amazing job! It’s like I have new carpets!! Thank you!

Zerorez has always been very timely and professional. The technician that came this time was the best one I have ever had and I will ask for him again. Daniel did an amazing job on my carpet. I told him that next year I will have him clean my couch too, I have only had it a year so not ready to have it cleaned yet. Very nice young man.
