Although I would 100% recommend you for carpet cleaning- I wasn’t even aware my sofa was cleaned. It wasn’t damp/wet- and I had to vacume between the cushions after the technician left. I asked him if he cleaned it- he said yes, but I had to clean it again afterwards. Not worth the high dollar paid for the couch cleaning.
Zerorez delivered the best carpet cleaning experience I think I've ever had - and a fraction of the price I've paid for other cleaning services, none of which got carpet this clean.
Daniel was amazing! In and out in about 2 hours; was so contentious! Every trouble spot he hit - he made sure to ask if we were satisfied.

Quality service, competitive costs
The technician arrived on time (they communicated really well, calling frequently with updates), was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job. It will cost a bit more than you are quoted because you have to pay for each add on that you would think is part of the cleaning process. Regardless, after my pet had diarrhea on my carpet, Zerorez eliminated the smell and discoloration as if it didn't happen. There is a minimum amount you must pay before they'll provide service but is worth it.
Like the fact that harsh chemicals aren't used.

The service rep was timely, work diligently and was very professional.
Matt was very thorough and professional, but also friendly. He talked me through all of my options and what results I could expect with each one, and what the next step would be if the options I was choosing didn't get my carpets where I wanted them. He was also realistic and explained what I could expect from certain stains, explaining that he'd do his best to lift them but certain types and colors are particularly difficult to remove from my type of carpet. I felt comfortable knowing I was making an informed decision regarding which treatments to use. He was done even faster than we thought he'd be, and my carpets look better than I could have ever expected. I was surprised to feel how soft my carpets were once the years of harsh cleaners and chemical residue were removed. I definitely recommend him and Zerorez to anyone looking for great results at a great price.
Are carpets were left with a abunch of lines and all around doesnt look as good as we have been told you guys do. So very disapointed. Wont be recomending zero rez snytime soon
