I’ve used Zerorez twice-once to clean up bamboo floors for the sale of a home and once for cleaning my dryer vent and air ducts. Both times they have been courteous, efficient, and arrive when they say they will (with a 30 minute advance call). Their employees have been personable, friendly, helpful, and clean!

The men were very friendly but the carpets only appeared clean for about a week. What looked completely cleaned or gone has already begun to resurface so i feel like it was a lot if wasted funds.
Almost like the “powered” water just hides the carpet discoloration like a color change marker would and after just a little while it goes back to looking dirty.
I am aware of age of carpet and such can be a factor but eould have expected it to last longer than a week or so.
We like that it is quick, knowledgeable service man and it feels and looks cleaner.

Our rugs never got clean with other companies. You made our rugs look like new and you got up the stains from doga and soda spills from kids.
It looked great while it was still wet but once it dried out the staines reapeared. The wash marks are visible in some in some areas. It would be great if those areas could be recleaned.

My carpet and tile & grout are clean, bright and spotless. You did have to come back to redo the tile & grout around the edges of the bathrooms. Thank you for making it right! All those I talked to about the comeback were kind, understanding and helpful. Jeremy, who came to complete the work in the bathrooms, was exceptional. Great customer service skills, super work ethic and an asset to your company. We will highly recommend you with the explanation if something wasn't done correctly, it will be made right.
The man who came to clean my carpets, I believe his name is Jeremy, was very friendly and did a great job explaining what he was doing and what other treatments were available. I will request him again when my carpets need cleaning. He did a wonderful job.

The service was everything it should be. We asked to have additiona rooms and stairs cleaned at the last minute, and the technician was willing to stay until 7 pm to do this for us. He was very pleasant and profession. I give him a 10/10 as well.
