Everything was perfect! Good product and nice technician.
Product: End result of process to clean carpet with difficult areas excellent. Carpet when dry visually looked CLEAN, no residues felt, and no freshness smell often used to disguise imperfections.
Service thorough: Technician took care to NOT damage walls, corners and baseboards by placing corner protectors. So as not to further soil carpet or newly cleaned areas consistently wore 'booties' over outdoor shoes. Prior to beginning work reviewed the area to be cleaned for hidden soil (biological soil such as food and pet), stubborn areas etc. Explained process and reviewed charges. Even though it was the end of the day Technician did not rush the job i.e. was thorough. Finally, the technician was polite, respectful, and my experience knowledgable what what he was doing and new about carpet material and underlay.
Great communication on arrival time. Thoughtful honest cleaning crew, discovered hidden valuables at our elderly parents home and quickly brought it to our attention. Thoroughly cleaned areas in timely manner. I will be calling to schedule for our own home.
Mathew and David were very sociable and professional, educating on expectations, science, the products used, and the processes involved with our situation. The results were great, the carpets were all thoroughly cleaned and feel great!

The fact that the carpets dried more quickly; tells me less water soaked into the carpet. I feel like my carpets got cleaner, and there was no residue left for the dirt to collect again.
If they stay away, I am most appreciative that the pet stains disappeared. Two previous carpet cleanings did not take them away. The carpeted rooms smell cleaner, and fresher.
As for Devyn, we need to clone him!! What a wonderful young man. He was very courteous, answered all my questions so that I could understand him, was professional, and represented Zerorez well. He moved quickly, yet thoroughly throughout the house, and treated walls and furniture with care. One of the best customer services I've received from a company in a very long time. Good job, Devyn!

Although they were timely the carpet in the master bedroom was left more wet then the rest of the house and it was the first done took the better part of 9 hours to dry!
We were treated with courtesy—we received an email confirming our setting of an appointment, then a confirmation the day before. Both provided information about our preparation for the cleaning. Excellent! We received a phone call 45 minutes in advance of the technician’s arrival. The technician treated our home respectfully, as he moved through the cleaning process and even place “corner protectors” to prevent scraping against walls and furniture that could not be moved. We are pleased and will call Zerorez again!
I like that no chemicals are used. I have allergies to chemicals and it was nice to have clean carpets without hte harsh chemicals that irritate asthma.
