Very nice young man who cleaned my carpet. The issue I had is that the tank he used to pre-spay the carpet leaked leaving liquid on my hardwood floor which could possibly ruin the finish. The carpet looks nice and clean.

It's clean cleaning...no chemicals harmful to my health and it works beautifully!!!
Make sure equipment is in working order. My vent cleaning will have to be rescheduled because the equipment broke down .

My Carpets look Amazing better than they did when I bought my house and the tech was fast and knowledgeable. The only surprise was I was quoted 109 for the cleaning and when they got here I paid $45 for the hall and 45 for the living room for a few pet stains when I had endulged that in the beginning and was not told of the extra charge? I was just told to let the tech know when he got here. Other than the surprise charges the quality was excellent.
Christian did a great job, was patient, respectful, and kindhearted. We will surely use you guys again and were unaware of some of the other services that are offered. To that end, we should be reaching out to you soon for inspecting/cleaning the ductwork in our new home. Thanks again for how quickly you were able to get us into the schedule and actually contacting us and showing up when committed to.
