I am completely disappointed. The general area of my rug looks clean...like freshly vacuumed clean. However, the areas of concern like high traffic and spots are ALL still DIRTY. EVERY spot that was on the carpet, before the cleaning occurred, is STILL there. Another area is clearly STILL dirty (brown with dirt) as well. It doesn't even look like anyone was here.
I paid $240 to be left with dirty carpets!!!
The technician was supposed to be here between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. I understand sometimes people can get behind. The technician actually arrived at 2:45! That's a BIG difference. Yes, i was made aware of the delay but it made us change our plans for the day. It was very inconvenient to wait 2 hours for someone to arrive.
I'm very dissatisfied and STILL need my carpets cleaned. I would appreciate a FULL refund.

I am very happy with how my 20 year old carpet looks after being cleaned. No harsh chemical smell too.
Just be more clear about prices. I was quoted for 148 dollars for a pet treatment, one room with protectant cleaning and ended up paying 70 more due to some extra solvent cost that I was not made aware of until after.
The work was phenomenal, I just need to know what I'm going to be paying first!

I had an ottoman cleaned and it almost looks worse than before. For $40 I expected more. I acknowledge that some stains won’t come out with powered water but for the cost, I expected better results.
They way it gets clean no soap love that and drys fast

Setting the appointment was easy and i was kept informed as to exactly when you would arrive. The cleaning was done completely and quickly. I like that there is no residue left in the carpet so it soft and usable shortly after it is cleaned. Daniel was very informative and helpful.
Kudos to your technician,,,he was great...very careful, very methodical, very kind and respectful, and very good at answering all my questions. I do have one area near the basement door that did not get cleaned and it is soiled. Overall I am very pleased, but would like to get that area redone. It is pretty small, however, so maybe by hand rather than by machine. I have always liked your cleaning method, but your employee was a pleasure to have in our home.

The technician that came to my home was very knowledgeable and professional. My carpet is over 20 years old and came out looking beautiful.
Nothing was done wrong, just more expensive than I planned, and for what most people can afford. It was $60 for a pet enzyme, and 20 for a small walk in closet. Adds up, just hard to afford.
Very through and efficient...your technician was great and gave us excellent customer service and I will using you again and of course recommending you to my neighbors.
