Not all the vents were cleaned as agreed. He completely ignored the kitchen vents and the major vent heating the basement office.
He arrived very late (after 4:30) and spent little time. I had taken a half-day off from work so as to be here during the "window" of 12 noon to 4 PM. Our home was last on his list of 3.
He had no way to empty the waste container he said, so our house lint went directly onto the top of two other homes' debris. The efficiency of the vacuum was likely affected.
This was a very expensive, partial cleaning.
The technician was eager to please and very considerate, but It appears that he was poorly trained and had very little experience.
If you want to make things right, you should refund at least half of what I paid, which was $299.

The service tech, Kyler was very professional, polite, and respectful. He was both passionate and knowledgeable about his job. He explained the process to me and showed me why Zerorez is the way to go.

I had to spend nearly $700 in carpet cleaning 800 sq ft. I originally paid nearly $400 the first time and the second them when you came back out it was my only option to pay that another $255. So I feel like I got ripped off, should have been a quote the first time then maybe I wouldn’t have cleaned them and just replaced.

Carpets didn't look fresh and clean, they were soaked for two days! Not impressed at all especially paying 450 bucks. Honestly I'd like to have a refund and use someone else

Customer service was fantastic but I still have residual smell from cleaning. I paid a lot of money to go with zerorez, I believe there should be zero residue.

Well let’s see- maybe because they were on time, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and efficient. Oh ya - also trained and certified. The price is much less than I would have expected for this quality workmanship.

Our tile has never looked this clean! Our tech Fernando was very friendly and professional. He worked very hard and our floors look beautiful!! I will highly recommend your company !!
The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I thought he would clean under all the pieces of furniture I was unable to move out of the room but he did not. Previous carpet cleaning companies have done so and put either foiled paper or styrofoam blocks under the legs to protect them from water damage until the carpet dried. When I asked if he had something to put under the wooden legs of furniture, he provided styrofoam blocks and helped me place them. It would have been better if that had been part of his normal cleaning proceedure.
Matthew does a thorough job cleaning the carpets. He came and cleaned the carpets at our office and went over the high traffic areas more than once which was what was required to get all the dirt out and oversaw the other workers, making sure they also hit the high traffic areas harder. Because of his thorough work, I later called to have the carpets cleaned at my home and requested that Matthew come clean them as well. He did a great job and is very friendly and informative too!
Nick did an excellent job asking me through the process. He was never in a hurry, and made sure he provided quality services.
