I like how clean the carpets get and fresh smelling after a cleaning. I also appreciate how quickly the carpets dry.

The technician thoroughly explained the treatment plan before starting. Work was completed in a timely, professional manner and follow-up instructions and tips were given. My carpet looks and smells like new!

Fernando and Daniel are a great team. They listened to our concerns, respectfully responded with comprehensible explanations and explained the entire cleaning process. They were generous with their efforts on our behalf. When I call Zerorez again I hope they are available, but if not, I'll still have Zerorez do the job.
The services we did did not meet the minimum charge. I requested that a small portion of the laminate floors be cleaned to meet the minimum charge but the person was unwilling/unable to meet this request. Instead the offered to stainproof a portion of the carpet which was appreciated but unnecessary on our end bc we are not staying at this location long term. The gentleman was very nice and our service was great in general though! Will definitely use services again
Zerorez has friendly and personable staff as well as awesome customer service! The guy was right on time and attentive to my requests. ALL of my pet stains were removed. Every. Single. One. My home smells fresh and clean. Thankful for Zerorez! I will never go anywhere else!!
What I liked most was that when the stairs were really dirty and the dirt wicked up after drying,you were very willing to come back and take care of it .Now they look absolutely great . I love this kind of service ! Iwill be using you again and again ☺️ also, your rug washers are very nice! I

Both Ace and Daniel did a great job and were diligent about making sure I understood the ZeroRez philosophy and knew all about products I could add on or purchase that would benefit the care and maintenance of our carpets. They seem to make a great team.
The young man that was here and did a wonderful job
Ace was a very professional technician and mentor to a trainee who was with him. Ace, acting as a consultant, took time to offer additional services such as cleaning our leather recliners and carpet protection. We accepted both of those suggestions, which were logical and reasonable. He increased the company's revenue from this job ($176 to $406).
Both men were very careful as they did their work throughout our house, including putting on and removing shoe protectors each time they went in and out of the house.
This was our first time with Zerorez and we were very pleased with the work.
