My appointment was scheduled between 12 and 4. I scheduled this appointment this way on purpose because I work a night shift. J was called at 10 on the day and the cleaner asked if he could come out and said he would be there in 2 min. I was already awake at this point and so I agreed, but I was not happy about the change. For people that live in walla walla, I would prefer to have the cleaners stick to the timeframes they give customers. Further, it would be nice if an appointment can be made sooner than 30 minutes the day of. It ruined my whole day as I was not able to plan anything from 12 to 4.
Also the rate that people in walla walla are being charged does not make it worth it for me to have zero rez come out and clean my carpet, nor would I recommend them because of the rate. If I could get the sales and rates that tri cities customers get, then it would be a completely different story. I give that zero rez should cover the travel fee if they want to continue to have my business.
All being said, carpets are clean and the cleaner did a good job, but the scheduling issue and the amount I had to pay made it more of a bother and burden than it was actually worth.
I love that my carpets are clean and free of biologicals, and dried before the day was done!
Technician Michael was friendly and helpful, explaining what he was going to do and why it was necessary. He didn’t oversell but he did offer the option of additional services (to make cleaning easier if we have this problem again).
I am very pleased to find a service provider that is professional and kind, and I fully trust them in my home.

Zerorez came out to clean my hvac ducts. The guys were on time and got right to work. They were very clean and professional as they made thier way through our home. I will be hiring them again to clean my ducts next year.

The only concern I had this time was the bedroom carpet was so wet when I got home it took several towels to mop it up. This has never happened before

I don’t feel like the cleaning anything to remove any of the smell from the carpet. Even after paying the extra money for the pet stain remover. The techs said our carpets look good with only a few spots that needed addresses.
Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They were very personable and professional. They got stains up that I did not expect to come up including nail polish.
Great results with getting stains out entirely. Some stains didn’t come out all the way, and I didn’t expect them too because it was oil or red wine. But, they were significantly reduced.

DEVYN!! On the most recent referral, I requested him. On your previous visit to this referral, the customer was totally unhappy with the fact that the tech used an irrigation water supply. No one (well, except me) would believe how good the filtration system is on that rig. She swears to this day that the carpet was wet and muddy for 2 days. WE know not true. This time Devyn explained, as he always does, what he was going to do and why. She is thrilled! Of course, having 4 fans helped the drying process..duh..! She as well as the other 2 customers I recently referred will be back!

I love the fact that Zerorez provides chemical free products that don’t harm my little ones, yet they smell very refreshing. My carpets were dry and super clean an hour after completeting the cleaning service so no soaking wet socks for our little fam! Fernando was great and had excellent customer service so comforting and trustworthy that we actually went furniture shopping while he stayed back to cleaned our carpets. The first cleaning didn't clean our carpets. I pulled up three full tanks of dark sludge water with our home carpet cleaner using just water. Our floors still looked dirty. The surface stains diminished but they were very obviously not clean. we opted to go with professional cleaners prior to moving into our new house to get a good deep clean, theoretically better than what we could do with our residential cleaner. Since it was such a poor job the first round we did request a second cleaning but that happened after we had moved furniture in so was more limited in what could be cleaned. We put off moving for a week so we could move in on clean carpets and liked the idea of using your services because of the lack of chemicals. Unfortunately, we were let down and still had to move in on dirty carpets.
The guys were clean and respectful and were wonderful to have in the home. They protected the corners of my walls, wore boot covers and didn’t arrive smelling like smoke!
Matt & Nick were awesome! They did such a great job of cleaning the carpet, very knowledgeable & explained everything, to include details about different types of carpet and how they handle wear & dirt. My carpet was in bad shape and I wanted to just trash it but thankfully saved us from having to do so! I would highly recommend zeroez & the team that cleaned my carpet.
