Everything look clean
The technician was friendly and did a great job but kept adding things that I didn’t know was going to add the total up so high. In the end I paid $500 for a cleaning we thought was going to cost $200. I really wish I wasn’t told things were “half off” when the half off was $100 each item. We are on a budgeted income so this was really a hard hit to our savings.
The technician, Michael was very professional and took the the time to do his best. The carpet turned out awesome and we Thank you for a wonderful job done. I will recommend you to my family and friends.

The protectant made my carpets go from soft to crunchy. Also there were spots that were soaking wet and took overnight with fans to dry.

I love that fact that no harsh chemicals are used. It gives me a peace of mind with our kids and pets. The floors look great and our technician Devyn was outstanding! He provided excellent customer service.
The Technicians were on time and explained everything very thoroughly. They were professional and patient with all the questions I had. Mathew even educated me on the different types of carpet, what we had and how cleaning works on it. I never knew there were so many different types of carpet and cleaning methods! And best of all, my home looks and smells fabulous!

We like Zerorez because it is chemical free. It cleans very well.

The telephone staff is always pleasant and helpful when making an appointment. The cleaning technicians are prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, polite, and always wear booties in the house.

I’ve always had the best results with zerorez. Ben and Michael came to clean my ducts and were so friendly and thorough. Michael even vacuumed after he was done. Awesome!

Carpets look great
The service workers arrived a few minutes ahead of scheduled time. The lead serviceman was VERY knowledgeable about your products and techniques of application. They were enthusiastic, polite, careful, and efficient in performing the service. I cannot yet comment on the results noticeable over time, but WE were pleased at the end of their quick cleaning tasks.
I trust it will dry well and anticipate being pleased overall. I am sure we will consider the remaining rooms at some time in future.

The technician was really friendly. My carpet looked really nice afterwards.
The smell was pleasant and left no residue while doing an excelllant job! The 2 young men worked well together and were very personable. They were very supportative of their company. They were very prompt and cleaned up after themselves. I will be sure to request them for any needs I have.

So far the carpet looks great. There are still some darker spots but the technician did a good job explaining that may happen. I am planning to have you all do our bedrooms next time around..Both technicians were great! One was in training and the veteran tech was very knowledgeable. I appreciated all the information given. You don’t use chemicals. Your staff is always professional and courteous. They know the products well. After my appointment I feel like my carpets are 1000% cleaner
