Fast and non-toxic!
Fernando was great and made sure we had every question answered before he left. Our carpets look amazing and you can feel how clean they are every time you walk on them. I love that Zerorez uses products that aren't harmful to my dogs and are environmentally friendly.
I highly recommend Zerorez! Great service, great product and very affordable.
They are professional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. Carpet looks great after the cleaning, however the cat urine smell still exists.

Knowledgeable technician, that explained things well and offered suggestions on how to maintain our carpet. Technician was courteous and efficient, and cleaned up after the job was done. Carpets look great for their age.
First and foremost great customer service, from the receptionist to our technician. Everything was explained very clear and we were inform every step of our service. All of questions were answered very thoroughly and clear. Technician gave us helpful tips for future care. We will definitely be using and spreading the word to our family and friends!
I like that the technician who showed up was obviously trained in how to identify the type of carpet, type of stains present and (most importantly) how to comunicate what the challenges were regarding the clean up and what products and services would most benefit my situation. I liked hearing what upgrades were available as well as he was not pushy about upgrading my service.
The technician was very friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable about the process and answered all my questions.
Devon was very professional, introduced himself at the front door and was very personal. In addition he explained how he was going to clean my 4 rooms and stairs and treat the pet stains that I had. He did not rush through the job which made me feel like he was doing the best job possible. When the job was done Devon summarized the bill and informed me about the guarantee.
I will definitely tell my friends about the company. Keep advertising in 99.1 that is how I heard about the company.

Tech was knowledgeable and carpets seemed cleaner. Tech sent a friend request to me on social media after he was in my home doing a job and I feel that was not appropriate.

Had to have two cleanings. Second one the technician was there twice as long but still just disappointing, in all the hype that’s said about the company on ads and over the radio just feels like a lie.
I use Zerorez because there are no chemicals in their cleaning process.

We loved the fact our service person was early, answered all of our questions, gave specific directions on expectations, and did a great job.
The operator who came out to do the carpets, Matthew was very knowledgeable and informative. The work was done in a timely manor and done to our satisfaction.
When our teck came out he offered the spray to add for an extra 40 something and that would help get the little stains out of the carpet.. they weren’t blood or pet stains just every daywear and tear. He left the carpet was still wet and damp it looked okay but now a day later we are finding more spots that didn’t come out and they were small little spots. So why did I pay the extra $40
Allow for 2 specials at once so all rooms could be done at once.
I was very pleased with the results and would request Mathew for any service and have done!
