Mathew the technician was extremly informative and knew allot about material, sofa and carpet. We definitely saw a difference in our sofa after it was cleaned.
We are moving to AZ next winter and will definitely use your company for future carpet, and sofa cleaning needs.

Kyler did show up on time, however he didn't wear the booties and tracked in dirt not just on the tile (before AND after) he cleaned the tile but on the carpet in the bedroom. Luckily the carpet vacuumed up just fine. But there was a lot of water left on the tile in most every room and there were areas I had to go back and clean myself. Over all my tile didn't look any better (grout included) than when I mop the floor myself which would be a great deal cheaper. I had to jump through a few hoops to get the price I was offered as the promotion dept didn't seem to notify the local Zerorez office, it took three calls to get it accepted. I think I'll just stick to having Zerorez clean my carpets.
Areas were left way too wet
I was able to get an appointment right away. The man that did the cleaning was friendly and professional. I was surprised how quickly he got everything done, and the results are amazing!!!
I think the advertised price of $42 per room is a bit of a "bait and switch " since there is a 3 room minimum. Then another $45 was added for pet stain treatment. The carpets are pretty clean but I can still see some spots.

The worker was kind, thoughtful, honest and hard-working. He walked through the rooms with us and gave us multiple leaning options. My little boy had been sleep walking and peeing in his room. The worker worked hard throughout the whole house. Thank you!

Our technician, Kye (sorry if I have misspelled that) was top notch. We have a lot of problems with pet issues and he was able to get out all of the stains and odor. He was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. We will ask for him, by name, next time we have Zerorez clean our carpets.

I felt like my carpets didn’t come clean like I was told they would and it was super fast and when I noticed spots I was dismissed I feel like the job was half assed done I would really like it done over if that’s possible or a refund

I was not happy with the cleaning of my area rug. I don’t expect perfection but it did not look clean.
