The service workers arrived a few minutes ahead of scheduled time. The lead serviceman was VERY knowledgeable about your products and techniques of application. They were enthusiastic, polite, careful, and efficient in performing the service. I cannot yet comment on the results noticeable over time, but WE were pleased at the end of their quick cleaning tasks.
I trust it will dry well and anticipate being pleased overall. I am sure we will consider the remaining rooms at some time in future.

So far the carpet looks great. There are still some darker spots but the technician did a good job explaining that may happen. You don’t use chemicals. Your staff is always professional and courteous. They know the products well. After my appointment I feel like my carpets are 1000% cleaner

I love Zerorez. My carpet is so clean and soft after it dries. There is no soap residue left behind because of their cleaning method. The technician, Dave, was very knowledgeable about my carpet and how to keep it looking it’s best. I would never have anyone else clean my carpets.
