I was very disappointed and felt that the company misrepresented the services that could be provided. This was the second time i contacted the company about cleaning of REAL wood floors. The first time was about a year ago and at that time the company didn’t clean and polish wood floors. Then i heard on a radio ad that the company cleaned and polished wood floors so i contacted and spoke with an individual that worked at the company. The individual mentioned that yes the company cleaned and polished wood floors. I asked many questions about the wood floor process and at the end of the conversation understood the process and what was explained to me was that the company would come in and use a machine that would clean with soft materials not sand\grind down the wood floor during cleaning... I mentioned that my floor was in excellent condition and i was looking to have a professional clean and polish. I mentioned that i have been cleaning and using an over the counter polish for 20 years and would like it to have it’s shine back because it was getting a bit dull.
Then when the cleaning individuals came to my house they only had my residence down for the wood floor and not carpet. But when i booked the appointment it was for cleaning of one room with wood flooring and one small room and hallway with carpet. Not a issue they said and would be able to do both. So i continued to have the service provided. Then after a test of the wood floor it was mentioned that the company wouldn’t be able to do it. The cleaning representatives mentioned that the machine that they use is very abrasive and would take the finish off the wood floor........ So of course i wasn’t going to have this done to my floors, because my floors didn’t need that type of refinishing. The conversation i had with the reps that came to my house was a different conversation about the wood floors then i had with the person on the phone. I’m not happy that the company miss represented the services that they provide. I’m not sure why a cleaning company would have the equipment to grind down a wood floor and not put a finish back on. All i needed was a clean and polish not a “REFINISH”. So the reps that came mentioned that there are other company’s in the area that do just cleaning.... I’m confused because a REFINISH of a wood floor would take up to a day to service and my appointment was only scheduled for a couple of hours.
Also my disappointment is that i did have my carpet cleaned which was only scheduled because i thought i would be getting my wood floors cleaned. The only other reason is I just had my mom move in with me and she had a little accident on the carpet so i thought it was best to have it professionally cleaned.......... I have had this high quality carpet for about 17 years, kept it in excellent condition and have never needed it cleaned by a machine. My experience with carpet from prior years is that once a person uses a machine professionally or home purchased to clean the carpet it’s never the same. I’m a very picky person, keep my carpet clean and spot free with limit use, no shoes and no food in the area. I have only used a rag and water if a spot appeared. My carpet has little wear and tear over the years of limited use. Now after two weeks of the cleaning from your company i have noticed spots in the carpet where i have never had spots before. I so regret even letting the machine on my carpet. The company only went over the area once and was in and out of my house in no time. To do a good job the carpet should have been gone over at least twice. But since this is my first professional cleaning i have nothing to compare it to. I’m just unhappy that i now have spots and a wood floor that i have to contact another company to clean and polish.

I was happy with the outcome but thought the service was a little more expensive than other carpet cleaning services.
The carpet still smells like urine and I spent an extra 45 dollars per room to have it taken care of but Fernando did explain this indeed may happen, I'd just have to pay for you to come again. I explained that was silly because for an extra 45 dollars the treatment should work, but it is what it is.. He was very nice and professional, you apparently just do not guarantee work and I assumed it would work, yet was warned it may not.
Kya is very professional and knowledgable. We had a wax spill on our carpet and he was very forth right about if the stain would come out or not. He did everything he could, but the stain would not come out. This did not bother me because he was honest from the start. I have already mentioned to family and friends about Zerorez. We will do more business with you in the future.
The cleaning looks very good. The front office staff should publish prices exactly. The person cleaning the work needs to discuss the costs exactly before work starts. The final price needs to be settled on before starting.
When I made the call to set up the appt. the office staff quoted a minimun price for so many areas. When the cleaner arrived with the understanding from the call on pricIing I showed him the area I wanted cleaned. Family room, nook and the main areas in my bedroom to cover the remaining part of the minimun price. That price was $138.00 for 2 rooms and a hall. I added a soil resistant for $40.00. After all the conversation, the final cost ended up to be $243.00, this was more than I expected. I feel the person doing said a lot about what he knew but did't say the cost until he had done more than I origially expected. He needed to cut his presentation more to the point and then do the work as agreed with no more sales talk.
