I like that no chemicals are used to clean the carpet.

The service man showed up promptly, was polite, friendly and professional.He inspected the carpets and suggested the cleaner for urine spots. But he did not try to oversell more services which I appreciated.

The gentlemen who came to my home were courteous and offered updates regarding timing and sequence. The did a great job of cleaning my sectional and four rooms of varying sizes. The only thing I did not like is the constant attempts to upsell the treatments or add other rooms "for a great deal." I would have preferred them to do the scheduled cleaning, inform me of any concerns and possible treatments, and carried on.
The technician was a very nice person and also did a great job. Our carpets are a little old and he really got them clean and also the price was right. He got here earlier than the appoitment and we were notified he would be early and what time he would be here and this suited us fine.
I had my carpet's treated for pet order - paid extra for the service; however my carpets and home do not smell better. Your service is not inexpensive and I expected to not have an odor in my home for more than a day.

How quick the service was....from making the appointment to the professional service. My carpet expert was very informative.
The technician was friendly and thoroughly explained the process. He was also very fast and completed the cleaning in about half the time he originally projected.

- Service person(s) respectful of persons interior; 1)wears shoe covers to protect flooring from outside debris before, during, and after cleaning, 2) Care not to bump/damage corners by equipment handling and using physical protectors
- Clear explanation of the process to be done, options made known that could enhance the outcomes. Information seemed based on science versus marketing hype. Options based on what is found on site. No hard sell. Upfront disclosure/agreement of cost
- Observation - systematic pre-treatment and cleaning strategy so as to not miss spots

- No residual after smell.
- Compared to other vendor used carpet not take as long to dry nor did the home feel 'high humidity after cleaning process
Would contact company again for carpet cleaning and other offered cleaning services.
A couple of our rooms have a strange odor left behind. We left windows open and ran fans for about 24 hours before moving furniture back in. I guess I just expected with paying extrafor the pet treatment we would have less wet dog smell left behind.
I love the friendly service, the care and their pride they have for the business they work for.

My carpets turned out beautiful. The only thing I wish I would have known about the 4th room free if you cleaned 3. I had to cancel several times because of the snow so I just kept rescheduling. Next time I will pay more attention. But as far as the carpets went Mike did a great job. Also was on time which I was very appreciative of.
