He did a very thorough job and paid a lot of attention to detail. Once the house is sold and I obtain another, I would definitely request that he be the one who takes care of me. He was able to get the spots out and the hardwood floor looked better than it has since I lived in the home. I’m very thankful it turned out so well as the house went on the market that Friday. carpet still has an odor even after additional carpet applications were purchased. not too content with the odor completely understand the possibilities of the outcome however I expected a bit more in regards to the pricing and quality as mentioned on advertisement. Not to say the technician did not do a good job, they did! I just expected more out of the product and cleaning. unfortunately to me i cant say that I received in return what i paid for, considering my home has strong odor.

Mathew did great work and was thorough. The rug is 22 years old and he made it look good again. He was very upfront about what would & wouldn’t come out.

I paid $110 plus $25 pet spray. For my couch, only 3 cushions to get cleaned because the rest of the couch is leather. And 1 large cushion still has a slight smell. I texted the number that was communicating with me and of course no response.

Fernando was great and made sure we had every question answered before he left. Our carpets look amazing and you can feel how clean they are every time you walk on them. I love that Zerorez uses products that aren't harmful to my dogs and are environmentally friendly.

They are professional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. Carpet looks great after the cleaning, however the cat urine smell still exists.

Knowledgeable technician, that explained things well and offered suggestions on how to maintain our carpet. Technician was courteous and efficient, and cleaned up after the job was done. Carpets look great for their age.

First and foremost great customer service, from the receptionist to our technician. Everything was explained very clear and we were inform every step of our service. All of questions were answered very thoroughly and clear. Technician gave us helpful tips for future care. We will definitely be using and spreading the word to our family and friends!

I like that the technician who showed up was obviously trained in how to identify the type of carpet, type of stains present and (most importantly) how to comunicate what the challenges were regarding the clean up and what products and services would most benefit my situation. I liked hearing what upgrades were available as well as he was not pushy about upgrading my service.
