DEVON is the best! Like all rug care companies, I am sure they're all trained to upsell, and unfortunately probably rated on that, instead of customer satisfaction. I made it clear from the outset that the upsell wasn't going to work, but if he had specific things he thought might be of benefit to me, I would consider them. This time, because the dogs are rolling around in a particular area, he recommended a treatment, which I bought. GO DEVON!

Kya was wonderful and so knowledgeable. Explained everything very well. It was discovered during his initial walk through that there was urine spots in the carpet. I have no pets and haven’t had any pets since I’ve lived in the condo. I have lived here at least 8 years, so who knows how long the urine had been there. I paid for the biological agent to get the urine up. He made it sound that the agent would bring it right up despite the length of time. How very wrong. In the room where it was the worst the agent did nothing. I used a black light tonight and it is still all over in the carpet. So what I thought I paid for was a waste of money. I now have to use my weekend to try getting it up because now that I know it is there I cannot just ignore it.

I appreciated not being "upsold" and that the technician was very knowledgeable.
I was upset that my heavily trafficked areas didn't turn out better. My house is 7 years old so the carpet isn't new but I was hoping that more of the dirt and oil would come out. Maybe you guys need to pretreat with some Super Clean degreaser or something that can break those oils down.
But in general I was happy about how my carpet came out.
I’ve had cleaning done twice and the technician has always been nice and seemed to do a good job.

I love that I was able to get scheduled within the week, the tech was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained the entire process and my carpets are extremely clean and there was no residue left behind!
This was my third time using Zerorez. The technician kept me informed on when he would arrive at my home. He properly introduced himself when he arrived. He wore shoe covers, explained cleaning process, and did a superb job!
Also, the technical was very respectful, friendly, and courteous. I really appreciated that he offered me a pair of shoe covers for me to use until the carpet was dry. Nice :)

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I originally called the company I have used for 17 years and they were not accommodating... so I will call you in the future.
I was very impressed with the timely fashion in which the team arrived. They said 8:15 and sure enough they were on time. I also received a call shortly before their arrival letting me know they were on their way. Their customer service was wonderful and they held up to everything I read in the reviews. They talked with us in detail about our carpet and what they would do and Additional services they could provide; I never felt pressed to purchase more. The carpet looked excellent when done. They guys were professional, in and out and I recommend them highly. I will use them again next time I need my carpet done. Thanks
