This is the second time I had Devan clean my carpets. He does a thorough job and
is very polite and conscientious Have been having Zerorez clean for me since it began
here in Kennewick and they do a great job.
The window to arrive was from 2 to 4 PM, kept receiving messages that they are on their way but he came around 4 PM. Only one person came, he said they are short staffed today. The cleaning job was ok, except a big spot is left in my daughter's room which looks like chocolate. I didn't like that there was a tip section when I was paying with card, the choice was $10,20 or$30 I believe, shouldn't have the dollar amounts the customer should be deciding how much.
The carpet is clean!!! Thats awesome. However it took sooooo long to dry. I was told 4 to 5 hours. The main room was still damp after 24 hours and the hall way after 36. The stairs, well we put a fan on them after 24 hours which definetly helped. Clean was great, dry time was not.
Michael came today...what a trooper!! He was very informative, showing all of the problem areas etc. He did an exceptionally nice cleaning job on the carpet and upholstered couches. Several thumbs up for Michael !!!

My carpets were pretty dirty with lots of pet spots. After they came out and spot treated and cleaned my carpets, they are back to looking almost new. They were quick and courteous, I have already recommended others to use your service! Thank you so much!
I appreciate the time and effort the Zerorez employee spent on getting my carpet clean. I also like the fact that there are no chemicals involved.
Everything was great, and ive always loved the outcome. This time it just seemed like there is still dirty spots on the brand new carpet that should of came out. But will still use you guys in the future
The technicians are always knowledgeable and easy to work with. They explain the cleaning process and what to do about problem areas. I always know that I’ll get good service.
We like the way our carpet looks after treatment. It is pretty old so has some bad spots that required some extra effort. We liked the professional way in which the employee worked and his courteous demeanor.
