I love how fresh and clean my carpets look after they are cleaned by Zerorez. I had renters that trashed my floors. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet. But Zerorez made them look like new!

This is the second time I've used Zerorez. Online scheduling is a breeze. Company communication (via text) was prompt and service began on time. We have pets so I didn't expect miracles for our cream colored carpet. After Michael and Garret finished, I couldn't believe how great carpet looked! They definitely know what they're doing. The duct work cleaning was worth it. The whole house is clean and fresh. I like the online specials and how kind and professional this company is.

I had heavy dirt from last winter still In my carpet . I thief to get 2 other companies to come out and clean it up . I got no results. I think they found out about the small size of my home and figured it wasn’t worth the trip ? Zero Rez came over and knocked it out and could not be happier. My tech did a great job and maintained a very professional attitude. I will recommend to my friend and strangers alike.

Mathew, the service tech, arrived exactly at 8 AM. He was very engaging and professional and answered all questions we had. He took great care to safeguard wall corners and other features in the rooms and did an excellent job in every respect. I would definitely plan to request him for our next carpet cleaning.

Tj was amazing. The only problem is we had really old carpet and so it actually kind of wrinkled up a bit but after we hired a guy to fix it it got stretched back but in no way do we blame your company you guys are amazing and we plan to come back we just need to figure out a game plan for our old carpet we may just need to replace soon

Great service! My couch looks like new. And the carpets were cleaned well. Allan worked hard to get this done in the time frame he estimated. He was professional and kind.
Price point was a bit much, should be a bit more discount applied when doing additional rooms
Very professional service with great results! My carpets are very clean and any stains have been removed. 4 rooms took just under 3 hours for the technician to complete with one room needing a spot treatment.
