I really appreciate how quickly a technician could come to clean my rug. And I appreciated how zerorez came back to fix the issue after the stain did not come out.
We are extremely impressed with the thorough cleaning. Our couch looks brand new and our carpet has never been cleaner. I hope we get the same gentleman next time!
You advertise zero residue. Once tech gets out then they say they highly recommend using this cleaner stuff because just water doesn't get the heavy soul walk paths out. We felt like the original person we talked to us should have been more honest. Second we were told that carpet would take 4 to 6 hours to dry we are now at 24 hours and the carpet is still damp.... there is nothing you can do it is what it is I just recommend being honest up front.

Answer: Zerorez advertising $99 for 3 bedroom is to good to be true! Well it was very disappointing!
Did this for my son who had a dog and cat.
Service guy shows me with his āspecial lightā the pet stains and explains there will be a problem later if I donāt do the extra step to treat them. $44.95 a room.
I call this false advertising! I must have missed the tiny tiny print saying if there are pet stains to treat I will be charged another $45. Also I saw ad where I would get a 4th room if I gave him the code word. Service guy said that expired. I swear I just saw that ad. I had hoped to get the area carpet in living room cleaned since master bedroom had bed and dresser.
I wouldnāt have considered that a full room.
I had planned on doing my home and my daughter but have decided to look elsewhere-donāt want to pay $45 extra for pet stains.š”
Alan was awesome! He spent time doing a thorough walkthrough of all spaces and asked questions to help inform the best treatment and service possible. He was helpful in explaining the process and making sure I didnāt have any questions before he began. You can tell he is thorough in his work and cares about giving the best service possible. We love Alan!
After drying we found several spots were still noticeable.
The carpet feels clean and soft. The technician was very pleasant and quite knowledgeable about the products and the process he used to always apply them. This is the second time they have cleaned my carpet and Iām very pleased.

Had my carpets cleaned this week after having my tile grout done last week and dryer vent cleaned out. Jeremy is very polite, explains things and does an excellent job.. I would recommend Zeroez to anyone. I like the fact they clean without soaps or harsh chemicals.
Carpets are CLEAN when they leave! No crunchy carpets! We have carpets that are 1 year old and they feel like the day they were installed. Super soft!
We had our grout in our tile cleaned and rugs cleaned.. I love the fact that they don't use soap or harsh chemicals. They did an excellent job and even got a red stain out that had been in the rug for over a year. The tiled floors look just like new again. The tech was very polite and explained things. They texted me when they were on their way, and were right on time. I would recommend Zeroez to all my friends
Our carpets are filthy they look matted and have a residue. It took them about 8 hours to dry. Looks like they were cleaned with dirty water. I was concerned about how they looked when the tech left and they said it was just normal wear and tear on our 1 and 1/2 year old carpet. So today when I was finally able to vacuum and saw the dingy looking carpet, I took my handheld carpet cleaner with just water to clean one of the "Worn" areas and it had dirty murky water in it. You are already scheduled to come back out tomorrow
We definitely needed the cleaning. With the special protectant, clean up is much easier.
They take their time when cleaning your carpets.
