Devyn always does a great job. He explains what is needed or not. He now knows my preferences so that we don't have to go over everything every time. I love the way the carpet looks and how clean and dry it is.

Thank you Zerorez for the amazing job you did on our carpets. They are beautiful. I didn't realize how much dog fur was in our carpet. Ick! I highly recommend Zerorez for anyone needing their carpet cleaned.

I like the fact that your carpet cleaning products do not put a residue on my carpet that attracts dirt. Thomas cleaned the carpets yesterday n he did an excellent job.

They literally sucked the life out of my carpet. Don’t let the add suck you in. It will destroy your carpet if it is newer carpet. Strictly for very old nasty carpet

What could we do to improve?

i did't realize nor was i told when i called to have duct work cleaned that your company cant do duct work that is up by the ceiling to to not having the right hoses. It would have helped to have been told so i could have called someone who could have done everything at once. The worker did a good job on what he could do ... the person making appt. should be asking more questions and giving more information.
