I like the fact that your carpet cleaning products do not put a residue on my carpet that attracts dirt. Thomas cleaned the carpets yesterday n he did an excellent job.
They literally sucked the life out of my carpet. Don’t let the add suck you in. It will destroy your carpet if it is newer carpet. Strictly for very old nasty carpet

i did't realize nor was i told when i called to have duct work cleaned that your company cant do duct work that is up by the ceiling to to not having the right hoses. It would have helped to have been told so i could have called someone who could have done everything at once. The worker did a good job on what he could do ... the person making appt. should be asking more questions and giving more information.

I had brand new carpet installed less than a year ago and I had you come out to clean my carpets and now they look all flat and beat down and feel all nasty. I literally had almost brand new carpet. Will never again use you. I wouldn’t even let you clean my carpets if you paid me the 150 instead of me paying you. If you want to make it up to me it would cost you thousands because that’s what it cost me to have carpet installed. At the least you could give me my money back
