Are you kidding? I loved everything about Zeroez! From your processing of the water you use for the rug cleaning , to my technician using the UV light to show me all my stains that my eyes could not see. Then the technician taking time with me explaining how he was going to get them up and even gave me more knowledge about pet stains! (Who knew)! The technician was extremely helpful, professional, kind and very knowledgeable about Zeroez products, carpet’s and stains. He was Great! Then he explained to me before he left how to take care of the my carpet afterwards.... Thank you for everything your company represents!!
Clean, safe, carpets look clean , smell clean and they were soft when it was dry.
It was easy to set up the appointment and the service tech was on time. The carpets were cleaned well.

Not one spot or stain was removed. It took far longer to dry than expected and the carpet was still "crunchy" after just as if I'd cleaned it myself.
I really liked the guy, Nick, who did my carpet. He was very informative and careful of my home. I answered a question wrong in my exit survey, he did use a fan; i answered no because i thought the question meant something else.

Charged us $100 more than he quoted us! He was driving away when I noticed how much my wife wrote the check out for. I chased him down and called him in it!
The young men were very nice and accommodating. Micheal really knew what he was doing and training Brian. My only complaint is some damage that occurred in the bathroom when cleaning tile and grout. Brian did this room and there is some water damage to the white baseboards where they've swollen at the base and the paint has started to chip. This indicates he got too close to the wood. We paid almost $700 for this cleaning not to have our home damaged.
Won't call Zerorez again.

They came in, did a great job in a timely manner. The associate explained all of the different options and why they were important.
Alan was very polite and proffesional. Checked ts all rooms and carpet and showed us where spots were. he then went to work and did a wonderful job for us. Unfortunately the next day after the carpet had dried there were still shadow spots where the original spots were. They do seem to be growing a bit

Provide a more realistic dry time, 3-4 hrs not accurate.
