Zerorez has been our go-to cleaning service for a couple of years now. No matter what technician comes out to our home they are always extremely professional, thorough in their work, and very helpful and knowledgeable in all products and services offered by the company. We wouldn’t trust our cleaning needs to anyone else!

Your technician Nick was very professional and informative about the process. He was very reliable and honest. Nick would explain very thoroughly about the products he was going to be using. Not only did it leave my carpet very clean like new but it smelled very clean.

I wasnt there for my carpets being cleaned. We had them do the carpets before we moved in to our new home. Should leave a card or something bc I couldnt even tell they were cleaned. Has had a weird musty smell. Its finally smelling better.

I know that you are trying to sell other products when you come to clean our carpets. We always get a new person to clean our carpets and it depends on their work ethic and listening to what a customer wants. I told my cleaner that I wanted him to focus on certain areas and I feel he wasn'r really listening to me. Not all, but most cleaners want to explain to me what is going on with my carpet when I already knowl. I have three dogs!
He was also done within 30 minutes. Is that a normal time to finish? I was a little suprised.
In all I do like your company and I will continue to hire you. Just listen to wha tthe customer wants.

Good service from time appointment is made until cleaning is finished. The technician explains options, price and what is being done. I have recommended your service and will continue to do so.

We have a side bedroom that we divided in half and created a cubby doorway. It is a single room but has been altered. It does not exceed 250sq ft but apparently since there is an open doorway leading to a different part its considered a "room of its own" and you guys wanted to charge me another 44 dollars. Apparently you guys have a different definition of bedroom than the city does. Its literally a 5x5 square so I am not really happy about that.

The Carpets looked and felt very clean. They took care to make sure no hoses touched the furniture and they wore protective foot covering. The Carpets were cleaned in no time. I was very Happy with Zerorez and would recommend them. I will be getting my carpets cleaned again with them!
What I like best was the customer service!! The guy who cleaned my carpets was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I think his name was Alan. And he did a great job cleaning my carpets. Will definitely be using Zerorez again
I got my mattress cleaned. When I called to schedule I was told the cleaning would help with the odor however when the tech came to clean said not much that can be done about the smell I paid extra for a treatment cuz he said it may help but it did nothing for the smell. Very disappointed I wouldn’t have paid or gotten it cleaned.
They got here right on time and had our carpets cleaned within two hours! The technician took the time to explain everything to us. We would recommend them to anyone!
