Customer service and knowledgeable technicians
Technician did not complete job. I as a customer had to take time out of my day and drive to office to explain my dissatisfaction with the job. Not sure if I would recommend this company to friends I know and possibly not have them back myself.

I called Zerorez to get rid of some bad pet odor. I didn’t think it was even possible to tell you the truth. I was blown away not only with the complete absence of pet odor, but of the absence of any odor. I thought it might smell heavily if chemicals. It didn’t. It just smelled clean.
Nick, our service tech, was great. He was friendly and easy to talk through the process and very accommodating about helping. The results were great.

I felt like TJ just made excuses for why the carpet wasn’t clean in the bedroom. But the second time he cleaned it - it looked great. There’s no bleed thru there’s no worn carpet. It just needed to be cleaned the first time. Besides that he did a great job. We loved it & my son is breathing better. Thank you

The technician was great. It may be the process? He came back to try and remove the brown spots that came up from my carpet pad and appeared on my light colored carpet. However, the brown spots are still there if not worse. The brown spots were not there when he came in to clean the carpet the first go around. Very unfortunate.
Paid $318 (including the pet fee) for a carpet cleaning. Was told if not satisfied within 72 hours to call. Carpet smelled bad, so after about 60 hours called and was told they would come back out (an unknown expense). I told the person on the phone that I did not want to pay more. They said they would come back out and clean the carpets again. Scheduled to come back out. When they came back out they said it would be another $150-$300, and refused to clean the carpets again. I have had several friends that have had Zerorez come out. Have gotten very mixed reviews. Seems like it really depends upon the technician as to the service quality. Why would I pay another $300 when I had just paid $318 and my house smells worse than it did before? Not satisfied at all.
Our tech was very helpful and answered all my questions. He would wear his bootys at all times and very friendly.
The technician was nice and knew what he was doing. It was frustrating that I told the person when I called exactly what we had and what needed to be cleaned. When the tech came out it turned out to be a extra $70 more then what was quoted even tho I told them exactly what was being cleaned.
Service tech was just great.
The upstairs looks good but the downstairs still has staining on traffic marks and spots. I was disappointed in that. the rest of the house looks good. but i wouldn't recommend for that reason
The services are very good. The technician explain what he can do and work very hard remove stubborn stains. He is friendly.
