I enjoyed speaking to one of the workers over the phone and receiving help. They were very detailed and friendly! Further, when I visited the store the staff were friendly and answered all my questions. The store was clean, inviting, and I enjoyed my experience at Trek! I wish I lived closer to the store because I would go there and recommend it to my friends more.

I think the repair department is exceptional and all staff very knowledgable
and helpful.
The work was great, but was told bike ready in 2 weeks, but they'd text & email me. when i called on date promised, was told it would be another 1-2 weeks, but never heard from them and called and was told it was ready.
The brand names says it all. Friendly people work there a d professional service.
