We went into the Highland Park store. First off the people were all very friendly. Second they were up front about the lack of inventory and instead of just saying no we don't have it, they worked with us to show us what options they did have and the delivery times. Looked at bikes coming in etc. Fully understand getting products out of the manufacturers is difficult..Your team worked to find us a solution. They even called Zion for us so we could place the order. The bike was delivered as promised..There are tough times and your doing a great job.

I took my bike to two different shops and neither were able to correct the situation. Your mechanic fixed it in 15 minutes. I will never take my Trek Boone to another bike shop again. Great work!
