Great customer service always polite always asking if there anything else will be needed and when you pick up your bike rack make sure everything is perfect and everything and there’s nothing loose on the bike and is there something that you don’t know about the bicycles just ask and they will explain it to you

I don't leave many reviews. I feel i had to for this place. I went in just to compare shops. I found myself honestly very happy with the customer service!! You just don't get that nowadays. So many places are rude and can care less what you really want or the service you get. At Zion cyclery i had the pleasure to speak tith KC and he was very educated on products,companies, and the sport of biking. I didn't make a purchase that day as i thought about prices. I researched and found the prices were comparable to ther stores. I went back and made the purchase simply due to the respect i received. I met another worker that assisted me as KC was out and Victor was just as soild ,respectful, and knowledgeable as KC. BEYOND happy with guys they have at this place. I then rode the bike 3 day that week and came back for an adjustment. A 3rd guy(wish i got his name) was just as great of a guy. I feel this place is THE PLACE to shop for bikes,equipment, or stop in for knowledge. Again, i feel companies just aren't built like this anymore. These guys truly kept the old school values of customers, equipment, and knowledge alive. Thank you!

Corey provided me with outstanding service from the time I ordered the Domane SL5. I had ordered when the retail price was $3,299.99 and then I was switched to the Gen4 model and you guys held the price despite the new Domane retailing for $3,499.99. I am very appreciative of that. Then the bike arrived in mid December and I was about to leave for the entire winter, not returning until late April. When I arrived yesterday to pick up my new ride, Corey and I spoke at length about going clipless which I had never done. He fit me with pedals that could be ridden both clipless and without clips. Then we went through shoe options and started with a less firm but decided for a firmer pair of Bontrager shoes. Just did a stellar job…listened to my concerns and did a great job fitting me to the bike. Rode for the first time today…awesome.
