Service dept. Guys are great. D changed out the bottom bracket on my bike under warranty while I waited. The shop suddenly filled with customers but finished the bike and I was out the door.

I always receive personal and professional service from the Zion mechanics. Dwayne always takes time to hear my concerns and take care of my bike maintenance and repair needs.
I had a great experience at the HP Trek store this past weekend. My bike had a mechanical issue which was addressed very quickly while I waited. The mechanic was knowledgeable of the bike (which wasn't a Trek) and options for a fix.
