When I have question's they are there to answer and the assistance afford during renewal. Classes and the they keep us informed.
I get little value for the multiple times a year that I pay fees
great customer service.
We're in a tough market and the payments keep increasing plus I think list agents should be stopped from taking excess commissionsfrom buyers agents and calling it admin fees. They should pay their own fee's; we all have to. This should be stopped.

Ne more upfront with your billing and do not hide optional donations in the billing to look like part of the bill. Very deceiving and I thought the Real Estate industry was about being open and honest.

The fact that the MLS isn’t optimized for mobile is beyond frustrating.
We should have sold off our own listings. It does not seem right that I go and get
the listing and another agent pays money to get a buyer for my listing.
I never have a question or problem that does not get answered when I contact Mainstreet.
The search functionality could be vastly improved. GNIAR has a really good format.

For me. It has served me well as a RD Board. I like the classes offered and they are prompt with answers if I ever need an answer for something.
They are always super helpful when I call and offer so much for realtors who are just starting out or are seasoned in the business.
This association is the only one I have ever had and it works well for me. I find the information I need, I like infosparks, and I like the continual improvements made to the system.
