As if the fees aren’t already high enough you all went up $15. That’s a shame so no I would not ever recommend you.
I especially like the Vendor events, like Octoberfest! Wish there were more like that. Classes via the web are pretty amazing also.
I always get polite, efficient and knowledgeable answers and help anytime I have asked over the years.
Help desk is excellent.
Lower the dues. They are very expensive. We already pay high semi-annual and annual dues then they went up again this year. Other area boards have lower fees.
Perhaps consider not always raising our dues, even though you do not have Broker appreciation events any longer, mainly due to COVID - 19 pandemic. Allow us the option of breaking up the dues that come out in June, that are not due until the end of the year. Even if you have to add on a one time convenience fee of $10 or $15 for the option, I think it's the least you could do to work with us. We have so many fees as it is, this may help stop Brokers from putting their licenses in holding, or just plain leaving the industry.

It's really a silly question. There's no reason for someone to ask me this question.
Reduce fees for realtors that have less business!!
When I do a quick search I want to see ALL listings including private. That does not happen now.
I have repeatedly raised this issue and nothing changes.
Knowledgeable
I have been TRYING to simply CHANGE my Connect password.
The only "advice" I receive from either MRED or "Connect" is to select "I forgot password" when signing on to Connect.
When I do that all I receive in return is information about my PRESENT password....with nothing available to CHANGE that password. This SHOULD be a simple procedure, but one that seems to elude everyone.
Simply referring me to "Connect" does no good.
Too many emails. Sometimes feels like spam.

No matter what I say, it will never be done. Not your fault, I think this is just a platform to make us realtors think that you will actually do something to make things better.
I'm furious that we have an Association sanctioned tool to assist in violating Equal Housing Opportunities. Anything that assists in prohibiting access to available housing as the PLN does is a disgrace to our years of hard work & progress in Fair Housing. I don't buy the "don't want the art collection online" because those problems can be solved with the listing feature that prohibits internet distribution. That's not why agents are using this tool. Then we have available housing where the listing agent, at their SOLE DISCRETION, can decide if the property can be shown or not? If the property can be shown it should be in the regular MLS. If it can't be shown to one buyer then it can't be shown to ANY. Then there's an entire company that has, on their company website (consumer facing), a searchable feature for "Coming Soon" which exposes only certain buyers to an entire inventory that is "Exclusive". Open your eyes.

Fees are starting to get to high. Also Realtors really need an easy to use phone app. It is so inconvenient to try to look things up or set appointments on the go.
The Association is very responsive to my needs and they offer many options for continuous education.
I like the friendly voices that start out the conversations! I have never waited long to get someone to pick up their extension.
We need to make our listing information unavailable to the "parasites" who take our hard work and sell us leads! You sold us out!! You we're originated to help us and instead you really ruined our business!
