I like the availability of resources and learning programs from MORE
I would like to be able to go to the mainstreet office and purchase needed items to conduct my business. When the office was in AH, I could do that for awhile. When it moved to RM, I visited the office and determined it was of no use for me to go there as I did not see any value other than staff are there doing things. Thank you.
I have very little experience, as have been helping a family member, but EVERYTIME I call/email MainStreet someone is there to help. They understand my question and are able to help quickly the first time!

Create Billing Invoices that are more user friendly.
Post Outlines or fuller description of classes being offered...it's difficult to commit to specific days/times without knowing extent of information a class will cover
Lower fees and Dues would be great. I'd really like to know what the budget covers for the dues we are charged, as well as a breakdown of the Dues and fees. They go up every year and I really don't know how the fees are determined. Seems if there are more agents each year, the dues are spread over a larger group and therefore each agent's fees should decrease.
