Quick and knowledgeable response to agent inquiries.
Lower premium, make available to pay quarterly. Full Payment at the end of year can be difficult.
I am only a member of Realtor organizations to gain access to the MLS system. I view your fees and costs as nothing more than extortion for access. In a perfect world, NAR, IAR and Mainstreet would be replaced by a "pay for access" model to provide sharing of data.

Continue to raise fees to have access to information that the general public has just as much access to. Also have yet to update MLS with useful technology like Zillow, Redfin etc.

I like the easy access to training and the availability of the various form and documents. The website is great. Very easy to use. I can jump on and see where I stand with dues and CE.
They are constantly evolving to meet our needs. They listen to their users and make every effort to accommodate changes.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. Makes a huge difference in taking care of business.
If I need assistance with anything regarding Real Estate I can say that I always leave with an answer or a direction and name of someone to contact that CAN give me an answer. Great Customer Service!
