I recently was discussing post licensing training with another new agent. I loved Mainstreet's classes but her association was only charging $269 for the same requirement.
Very efficient and professional with any concerns I may have. Listened to my questions and addressed them in a timely fashion.
The classes and bringing outside vendors in to speak (before COVID of course) MRED training at the Association is good also. While we've been ZOOMED to death I think we'll appreciate being able to get back at the Association; I for one learn better in person.
One thing I would suggest is to promote the web site more. There's Agents at my office were not aware of the site; also once on the site it was hard for me to find the ON DEMAND portion. I do like the chat feature I think that is helpful. But I think we need to tell the agents more about the web site, as once on there it is packed full of information.

Always helpful
I just joined and have had nothing but positive experiences. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make this experience pleasant and welcoming from day 1. My calls and paperwork were received and processed without delay. The learning tools seem plenty and available. 10 out of 10 for me so far.

I am mostly pleased, but I wish that your wouldn't automatically assume that I wish to make a donation to RPAC on every invoice. I don't think these donations should added to each invoice.
