Mainstreet is a great association to belong to. Their staff is always friendly and willing to help us members. Their products and tools for realtors are top notch, which is key to stay competitive in today’s market. If you’re a new realtor, Mainstreet will be a great choice as your local association.

As the President of the Chicago NAIFA/ASA Appraisal chapter trying to hold an education class offering at the Mainstreet office has been a nightmare. The lady who is in charge of scheduling and making the class available is uncooperative and has been for more than 2 years. We have been unable to host a class there due to her attitude and lack of availability to give us a date after 3 different individuals from our chapter have left her and visited the office multiple times. We pay our dues and cant get any support and this is unacceptable. On top of that having to pay over $761 in IAR, NAR, Newsletter, PAC fees as an appraiser is ridiculous on top of what we have to pay to Mainstreet.
So professional in many ways…from taking phone calls (preferred way), thoroughly explaining answers in details and their confidence permeates to us as professional realtors.

My rental listing is not feeding to some of the social media sites. And the one that does list my rental is not showing the correct reduced listing price. This makes me look bad in the eyes of my clients! My manager told me that I need to call you.🤬

Continued cost increase for dues is getting ridiculous. I’ve alway rated Mainstreet as a 10 but they need to work with MRED and Sentrilock to bring the fees down. Separate MRED from Sentrilock’ or go back to Supra which is cheaper.

The absolute worst. I pay dues to this organization, and get NOTHING in return. If I wasn't forced to, I would have nothing to do with it. I was physically threatened by another agent, a complaint was filed, and not only were my broker and I not notified, not a thing as done. It is a self policing profession, and you do nothing. I had to call to find out the disposition, and was given a bunch of nonsense that nothing could be done. Take my money and don't look out for us. Absolutely worthless!
Cost is getting excessive.
What I like most about MORE is how responsive everyone is to questions or issues. We are always able to speak with a live person and/or receive quick responses via email. The overall customer service is superb!
