The staff is pleasant
The people were very knowledgeable and always provided a solution to the problem I had.
Unfortunately it would be their only option. However, I’m strongly opposed to the NAR, its high paid administration, lobbying, and of course its ridiculously high and unjustified member fees.
Customer service is good. The actual interface is awful and out dated.

Can't say "disappoint", just really not a fan of paying $1200 per year for a majorities of resources I rarely use, especially as a startup agent. And no other agent (even veterans) I've talked to care for the high due costs either.

Competitively priced dues and education is too notch
Upon joining Mainstreet a few years ago. I called in a few times because I had just gotten my license and had a ton of questions because I needed to join a board and figure out how to join my brokerage. Mine was a complicated case - I can't remember why, but it was. there were a number of things I needed to do. I'm not sure who I spoke with, but that person had me all confused. Later I called back in to ask more questions and got Pat. She was so calming and broke everything down for me so I would remember that I also needed an ethics class which I believe the other person was trying to tell me about. Since then, I only talk with Pat. It doesn't matter what questions I have - complex or simple, I'd rather talk with her. I'm sorry I shouldn't hog her like that but she built that trust early on where I can trust that whatever she tells me is right on. Whether you're a seasoned individual or new realtor, having people around you that know the answer to whatever you need is so comforting. So that's what I like about Mainstreet. Pat will listen to what you need and point you in the right direction. Service!!
I like the way this organization considers all recommendations then implements those that most of the agents want. This organization also considers and pays attention to the upcoming legal cases to decide if they should make changes. I appreciate their involvement.
