All I needed help with was changing the primary email address in the MLS, and we also requested you remove the fax number as well since we don't have that fax any more. This is MY profile/account. I should be able to change my email address myself. I shouldn't have to call your office for such a simple change. That's a waste of my time.
Also, I had the correct email address in the MLS as a secondary email address, but because the comcast email address was listed first (and because I wasn't able to remove that) agents were sending contracts to the comcast address instead of my work email address.
Now my email is listed twice....the same email address is shown twice. I would think that would have been obvious, but apparently not. Very Frustrating!
I have never had a problem with our MLS everyone is so helpful. I appreciate you very much.

Mainstreet is Extremely helpful and Professional at all times.
The level of assistance is great and the agency personnel appear to truly concerned about resolving any issues the members present.

It's very disheartening that our clients have as much and more up to date data than we have and we are paying for the service. 😏
