More diversity throughout
Ease of getting ahold of someone when needed.
MRED MLS provides all the necessary services that I need for my work. When I have any issues with the MLS system, your representatives are there to resolve the problem. MRED MLS is not a difficult system to operate and is usually available for use. My only concern or issue is directed at some Realtors that chose to not properly complete property information.
Always there for every little thing I need and every big thing I need.
Easy to pay dues.
There is a lot of variety to the services, technology, education that's provided. I think of our association as a "living" association. MORe listens to its members and grows and evolves as our industry changes.

Great staff who are passionate about helping the realtors they service. There are a lot of things going on to help keep everyone involved. They also foster a very inclusive environment.
Let us be more selective what we pay for with fees amd opt out of ones we don't want.
Keeps us Realtors informed and educated. Very helpful when a Realtor has questions or needs support.
The association services are very valuable when you use them. I love the services Mainstreet provides which has truly enhance my business. I definitely tell others about Mainstreet.

You are my secondary state agency and before my due date you’re automatically sending notes to my broker saying that you sent me an invoice at the beginning of the month but yet you were waiting for a letter of good standing before I could pay and you’re poking him saying my payments coming up due on the 24th. Don’t need you guys running and tattling to my managing broker in my secondary market a week before the due date. Just seems very unprofessional.

The educational opportunities for non realtors, affiliates.
The entire staff represents the Gold Standard of associations! Now I may be biased since I have only been with MORe since 1994, but I know if I need support, I can pick up the phone and get help within a day. They have staff who have been there as long as I have had my license. That shows a great work environment.
The association is very helpful and offers many helpful and informative assistance to Realtors.
1) Your fees are too high
2) You sell critical info to competitor sites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com that eliminates the need for the consumer to seek a licensed real estate agent to house hunt
3) I completely disagree with your politics
4) You threaten and stifle free speech and opinions that are guaranteed by the 1st Amendment
5) You do not enforce your own rules and ethics equitably
6) You promote and stress importance of issues that are contrary to facts, in deference to feelings and social justice
After 44 years of membership, I have seen things that were promoted, ignored or condoned by the MLS and your predecessors that disgusted me and it continues today.
