I don’t see the benefit at all. What am I even getting for being a member. You are not lenient with payment. No resources for new agents . And I’d there are they are not easily accessible. This is so expensive and for what ???? What am I getting ? A mls and a background check apps. I’m real disappointed.

We are required to be a member, for which we pay large fees. Not sure what you do for us.
Outrageous fines for a first time ever ethics complaint. I've been licensed since 1989 and have never been accused of anything. I feel $3000 is excessive when the procedure letter states the main purpose is for EDUCATION. Seems like a money grab to me.
With all the anti trust lawsuits happening, I'm sure it won't be long until Brokers can have MLS access without being a Realtor member. VERY disappointed in MY Realtor Association. That I have paid tens of thousands of dollars to over my many years in business. Probably well over $50,000.
