We literally have the best support in every way!

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Eat to reach someone if you have a question. Classes are timely.
Seems to cover all the bases from training to legal issues
Not really disappointed just find the organization clunky. Want to go to an extra event - there is a cost. Want to try and get help with something, it feels clunky.

Every time I talk to People outside of the association. They are surprised on how much is offered. From Classes to events and access to Sentrikey and Forewarn MLS etc. Plus friendly assistance whenever needed. I've never had any horrible or questionable experience when I call or go to Downers Grove. Now with the new updated Mainstreet website a big upgrade to have all in one easy to use site. Keep up the great work!
I tried signing in to Mainstreet account and I was directed to redo sign up. When in, I got a pop up stating my account had been placed inactive due to non-payment. What non-payment??? Kind of shady!
As for anything else, you need to do a much better job informing member of what additional benefits we have access to. I found out from a member a few days ago that I could get tech support that would help me with my personal computer. I have never heard of this before but she insisted that this was a benefit I had access to. What else do I not know about?
The staff and leadership are stellar. They always go above and beyond. I am also proud to be a part of the organization as the vice chair of the professional standards committee. I do the best that I can to promote the best interest of clients and other brokers as well.

I used the live chat feature. Mady did the best with the issue but it needed to be elevated. She called me back a few hours later to let me know it was fixed. The fix and subsequent follow-up were most appreciated.
