Diversity at ALL levels.
That you are on top of things and always a good source of information. Mainstreet is run well and has extremely qualified professional on it's numerous committees. The staff are very knowledgeable about the industry and challenges to its members. The education department offers a vast selection of topics as well as its on demand library. They are a true partner to the brokerages and agents it serves.
Available to answer questions when needed, website is easy and friendly and frequent trainings.

Im not a fan of if you miss a payment by a few days and you call to ask for a waived late fee, you are met with attitude and no help whatsoever. I also absolutely hate that there are attempts to force me to pay for politcal action committees by putting thier donation on my invoice. I have not had one positive interaction with Mainstreet.
I forgot the due date for my dues because my daughter has been in and out of the hospital and forgot the due date because of this. I asked for a simple $25 late fee removal and it was denied. Christi Koziol tells me they have to ask the board of directors. The board of directors denied this simple request. This is absolutely ridiculous I can't get a $25 late removed after the thousands I have given this association.
Rudeness, short when calling asking for help. I try not to call.
I raised the rating from 0 to 3 now that I see various events Mainstreet organizes to offer networking opportunities. However, management of the organization continues to be irresponsive and deceptive. For my only inquiry since Feb, I have been cheated multiple rounds by being told I would be reached out and talked to, and it turned out to be a total disappointment.

Mainstreet Organization is a very resourceful place for Realtors. If you're looking for professionalism, training, support, tools, real estate news, answers to your questions, etc., then Mainstreet Organization offers invaluable assistance when needed and when you need to know.
Fees are higher than other areas
You guys need to stop selling out contact information. The email address I used to my mainstreet account has seen an explosion of marketing material.

I love how it feels like the organization actually cares about the members. Some events they host has a 'family' type of feel to is and they are always staying in front of the things we need to know in order to be successfukl in the business. Thanks Mainstreet :-)
I like the services offered and the website is user friendly.
